Great plan and place in the world. Beach access & pool are as good as it gets.

Away from the hustle and bustle of 30A, especially during a holiday week! The close proximity of the beach house, pool, and private boardwalk to beach was so convenient! Beautiful sunrise walks and evening walks to Sikes Cut for sunset made this location special! We enjoyed biking along the many pathways! The surf was great for boogie boarding, fun building sand castles, and shell collecting were among our favorite memories. Overall a great family beach trip!

Our family came down to St. George Island to celebrate being together and spending quality time with our children and granddaughter. The house was just as described. Plenty of room to visit, cook, meals together, and enjoy being right on the beach. Our host Gordon was so very helpful answering any questions we had. We would definitely come back and stay again at this beautiful property.

Beautiful home with great view of ocean. Six adults and 3 kids, our family had a wonderful time! Many trips booked through Vrbo but have never had a more attentive host as Gordon.

Location on the Gulf was primo. Private pool was one of the best features. It was a pretty pool with great landscaping. Large kitchen. The owner was a great communicator and responsive to all of our questions.

We absolutely loved our time at The Reel Deal. House was fantastic and perfect place on the beach. You pretty much have a private beach just a few steps from the house. It was nice to have a private pool to come back up to after a few hours down on the beach. Its in a gated community which we really loved. Gordon was so great to deal with and we will be back next year. We have finally found our perfect beach home rental.

SGI never disappoints and The Reel Deal held up its end of the bargain! Everything about the house was as described and if I had to pick an area of improvement, it would be to provide 2 bath towels/washcloths per person.

Great location ! House was well maintained and perfect for our beach getaway. Pet friendly a big plus. The property manager/home owner was excellent to work with and made the whole process a breeze.
