Enjoy a quiet night in the living room, cuddled in front of the cozy gas fireplace. Host your own movie marathon on the large 46” LCD flat-screen TV, gathered on the plush sofa. When you can’t agree on what to watch, send everyone to their rooms, each offering its large flat-screen TV.

Keep your packing to a minimum thanks to the washer and dryer on the main floor. Other helpful amenities include free Wi-Fi, key code entry, a BBQ grill, and a 2-car garage.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The 2nd bedroom features a king bed while the large 3rd bedroom offers one full-size bed and one full over full-size bunk bed. both rooms share a full bathroom.

The master bedroom features a pillow-top king bed. Glimpse views of the LaSal and Canyon Mountains from the bedroom. Master en-suite’s large walk-in glass shower.

During the warmer months, hang out at the community pool with a hot tub, a 5-minute walk from the condo. The condo is stocked with pool towels for guests to use.

The house is only 5 minutes from the city limits of Moab. The vast beauty of Arches National Park is 15 minutes away.

One activity we highly recommend is the T-REX 4x4 Tour, provided by the Moab Tourism Center: the Highest-rated tour in the Moab area.

    Our group of 4, all over 60 years old, had a WONDERFUL time at this VRBO. The outside deck is perfect!! The hot tub is especially nice to have at the end of the day after lots of hiking! Checking in and out was super easy!

    Rossana was great to work with. She was thorough with her instructions/expectations and readily available for communication. The house was clean and as expected from photos. The kitchen was more well stocked than many of the houses our group has rented. We love to make our own food and this kitchen made it easy. The outside deck area was fabulous and we spent a lot of time out there.

    The property was awesome. Beautiful view of the mountains while sitting outside. Plenty of room for dinner inside or out. Full kitchen. The hot tub was great. We would definitely go back.

    Having never been to the area, we decided last minute to drive down for Spring Break - so there was limited accommodation available. This property fit our budget and rooming preferences. King bed master is something we always prefer, with kids bedrooms on the same level for safety. It was absolutely perfect! Such a beautiful house with all the amenities we needed. The views from the patio/hot tub are lovely. I would happily recommend this duplex to friends or stay here again. We were out exploring and adventuring all of the days, but the house was great to settle into for the evening. Located only a few minutes south of town was no problem at all.

    This house was a great place for our stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs. We were two families sharing this house. We really appreciated the outdoor table which seated all 10 of us. The grill and hot tub were a nice touch to the lovely scenic outdoor area. The kitchen was a bit sparse in terms of bowls, kitchen tools, pots, etc. My friend and I had to get creative to cook our meals. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

    We had an amazing stay in Moab. This adorable villa was super clean and had a great setup for our two families. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Even though the temps were hot - we couldn't resist eating dinner every night outside on the huge table with a view of the mountains. We ventured to both Arches and the Canyonlands from the villa - the location is convenient to both parks along with downtown Moab. After our travels - we quickly learned that AC is not always a given - the AC worked amazing allowing for a great night's sleep! This villa was everything we needed and more - thank you for a wonderful stay!

    This location was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean and located just off the main highway. Easy access to the town and drive to Arches. After a long day of sightseeing, hiking and Jeeping you can relax in the hot tub. Be sure to get up early to drink your coffee and watch the sunrise.

    Go to Moab a lot and this condo was a hit with the family. The out door patio and hot tub were great hang out areas after long days on the trail.
