Enjoy a quiet night in the living room, cuddled up in front of the cozy gas fireplace. Large LCD flat-screen TV, gathered on the plush sofa. All televisions include YouTube TV and Netflix.
Keep your packing to a minimum thanks to the washer and dryer on the main floor. Other helpful amenities include free Wi-Fi, computer terminal, key code entry, BBQ grill and 2-car garage.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bring along your closest family and friends! The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed while the large 3rd bedroom offers two twin beds. No need to fight over getting ready in the morning; both rooms share a full bathroom. If you need even more room, pull out the sofa bed in the downstairs living area.
Save the master bedroom for yourself and sleep like a baby in the pillow top king bed made up with luxurious linens. Glimpse views of the LaSal and Canyon Mountains from your bed before your feet even touch the ground. Pamper yourself in the master en-suite’s large walk-in glass shower.
COMMUNITY POOL AND HOT TUB
During the warmer months, hang out at the community pool with a hot tub, a 5-minute walk from the condo. The condo is stocked with pool towels for guests to use.

The house is only 5 miles from the city limits of Moab. The vast beauty of Arches National Park is only 10 miles away.

We came to Moab Condo for two nights with my family. Great house and easy communication. Wish we could have stayed longer
Beautiful property with great views and amenities. Property manager provided bountiful helpful information, including recommendations and tips for local activities and restaurants. Particularly helpful to us was being informed of the requirement to secure an advance reservation to enter Arches National Park (thank you!) and the recommendation to drive the La Sal Mountain Loop Road (a spectacular favorite!). Great stay! Would highly recommend.
This property was amazing. It was super clean and beautiful. It was a very close distance to Arches National Park, which was the reason we rented it. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The Condo was nice place to stay during our visit in Moab and would definitely stay here again. It was well stock with everything we needed including a nice patio backyard with a huge BBQ to grill and lounge chairs to relax on. Moab was windy during a couple nights of our stay causing the outside awing shade to rattle around which did create some noise in the Master bedroom so had to relocate to spare bedroom for a good nights sleep.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. Very conveniently located to the National Parks and to food.
Condo was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. The upstairs balcony was a nice place to relax in the evenings. Will hopefully stay here again

This was our first VRBO stay. We can’t say enough about the experience. The tips that the host gave us were extremely helpful for the area. The accommodations were lovely. The ease of checking in and out were also fluid. We have family of six and we all felt there was ample space.
The condo was in a nice neighborhood, and was exactly what we needed. It was well equipped with everything. The location was perfect and close to all of the national parks.

We loved the house. Used the patio, balcony and fireplace. It was well stocked with everything that you might need. The shower in the master bedroom was awesome! The views from every room was amazing! It makes a great base for all the activities you will want to do. Sure beats going back to a hotel room.
Nice 3 bedroom house a reasonable distance from town. We enjoyed the back patio and the garage was nice to have. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Check in/out was a breeze. I would recommend and absolutely stay here again!

Property very clean and beds were very comfortable. Great location for visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Nice kitchen. We fixed breakfast both mornings and had everything we needed as far as utensils. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.
