The house was the perfect size for our party of 12 family members. But when we arrived we found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and also dirty glassware and silver ware in the cabinets and drawers. The house itself was magnificent.

We had the best time celebrating the Christmas season this past weekend at the Duke of Windsor. We were so excited when we arrived to find out the house was fully decorated for the holidays. We had four families, and the house was able to accommodate us perfectly. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and all the rooms to relax and have a cocktail. We'll definitely be back next year!

What a magnificent home to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family. All the bedrooms have private baths which was perfect for our group of 11. We loved the front porch and the elevator was a bonus for transferring luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The weather was perfect for walk to a local fair, to town and walk along the boardwalk promenade. It was a grand way to celebrate my birthday!!!

The house itself was wonderful for our large family gathering. Upon leaving though, we were falsely accused of having animals in the house. WE DID NOT! We provided evidence of payment to our pet sitters, and allergy records of other family members and were still not acknowledged as being honest responsible guests. They did agree to send our security deposit back because they didn't want to ruin our experience. (Too late - being falsely accused is not a good feeling!) Additionally, the A/C was not working when we arrived and called the rental agency. No one called us back and my brother in law had to go to the office to request service.

Everything was good except the elevator was not working properly and maintenance was not able to come until Tuesday after our Saturday check in. My Mom is 95 and we really needed the elevator and this is why we booked the house. That was very disappointing.

My family have stayed twice in 2021. We all love this house. Comfortable, every room is lovely. Gorgeous but comfy decor. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Perfect location!! Property management were kind, responsive and professional. I’m already trying to figure if we can do it next year.

Loved the house and location. Only improvement I can think of is installing an ice maker. I gave the check-in process only two stars for the following reason: we had a 4:00 check-in time and I arrived for the keys at 3:42. The realty rep told me I had to wait until 3:50 to get the keys since I had a 4:00 check-in time. I thought he was joking but then realized he was not. I actually had to wait around for 8 minutes before he would hand me the keys. Seriously??!! Other than this bizarre start to the week, my entire group loved the house. My cousin has already booked it for some time in December.
