This detached bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Runton, close to the Links Country Park Hotel and Golf Club. Set within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this bungalow is just the place in which to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the stunning North Norfolk coastline, and don't forget your pampered pooch can come too!Ground floor: 1 step up to the front door from the driveway. Hallway with doors to: Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and tiled floor. Lounge/dining: with 40 TV. DVD player, dining table and chairs with large picture window, laminate flooring, with doors leading to the established, rear garden. Double bedroom: with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Twin bedroom: with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Single bedroom: with wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Shower room: with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Please note: Outside: enclosed established lawned garden to the rear of the property with outdoor seating area - please note there is a pond. Please bring own bed linen and towels (to include tea towel, oven gloves and bathmat). Driveway parking for 1 car (garage access is required by owner occasionally). No Wifi. Pets are welcome (£10 per pet per week). This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.     We absolutely loved the bungalow, which felt like staying at my grandparents when I was young. The decor and the feel was comforting. The layout was great and we had everything we needed. We did have a power cut which was fun, but expected as we read the welcome pack! There are a few bits that need updating, which adds to the lived in feel I guess. We did bring extension cables, but having just the one plug next to the bed for the light is tricky. We were so grateful that the owner leant us the garage key, as we were charging a wheelchair outside and lucky the weather was ok. It took the pressure off and was very kind of her. We would definitely come back.

    We had a wonderful time in North Norfolk, the property was very good and nice and cosy, a real home from home. We had the privilege of meeting the Owners who were really friendly. The property and location were excellent and we couldn't have picked a more peaceful place to stay and we look forward to going again soon.

    Lovely comfy bungalow plenty of room. A pretty garden all so relaxing Only few minutes from Sheringham and Cromer. Also on bus route. The owners live near if you have any problems. I certainly would go back Only one thing it would be an advantage if there was WiFi

    7 Links Way is a very clean, comfortable and warm property with all the amenities we could need. The area was very peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden. It's in a perfect location. A short walk led us to The Village Inn, a lovely tea room, the Coasthopper bus link, the beach and walks along the coast, and the amazing Hillside Horse sanctuary. We didnt need the car until it was time to go home.

    It was comfortable - excellent beds; comfy lounge furniture; well-equipped kitchen (except no tin opener!). Let down by cleaning, which has been done to a light level, but deep cleaning is needed in several areas. For example, then washing machine could not be used until a cleaning cycle had been carried out; the shower head and hose are black. Externally, the paving, stone borders, and parking area all need a clean to remove markings that have probably been there for decades. The back garden also has a lot of moss on the paving. The bungalow is well placed and in an excellent area. It has obviously been modified over the years, but the layout is strange, with the dining area furthest from the kitchen. The kitchen is very large, but the shower room is very small, with scarcely any room to fit a bath. Bedrooms are all large and well equipped.

    The accommodation is set in a lovely area which is nice and quiet. The seating, beds and shower were lovely and comfortable. However the bungalow itself wasn't cleaned very well, if at all before we arrived. Dirt and crisps under the seating and the chairs, the outside area hadn't been cleaned at all with weeds and dirt everywhere especially on the window sills and windows were filthy! The Kitchen looks and sounds old and is need of a major upgrade, the fridge freezer is not fit for purpose and has cracks on it the handle was broken as well as the fridge wasn't very cold (even on max setting). Couldn't see out of one of the bedroom windows because of a overgrown bush and double glazing that had blown seals and had condensation in it. The owners or rather owner (lady) started off nice but soon abandoned us when we complained about the bungalow! The pictures you see online will not be what you find as there about 10 years or more out of date. Told by Keys we should have seen these problems from the out of date pics online! Wont be using Keys Cottages or this bungalow again...ever!

    Enjoyed our 3rd stay at Links Way. Dog loves the secure garden. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very peaceful.
