Beatuiful little place and very clean. Lots of places and villages to visit via train. Th chalet is in a great locations within walking distance by the cliffs to the beach and town. Lots of places to eat with excellent food and very large portions.

An excellently fitted chalet every thing we needed was provided, a very smart park , a pleasent walk to the town and beach, very quiet and peaceful. The bedroom was rather small so not easy to move about in and the main area a little over furnished but overall very nice.

This chalet was absolutely lovely, clean and fully equipped with everything you'd need. The main room bed was very firm which I don't like but others might. I'd highly recommend this chalets. Chalets can get hot so DONT leave your pets in alone and keep them on a lead at all time. Both the above reasons are why we left early. As other chalets wernt following these site rules and put others and their pets at risk of harm.

Too much big furniture, the double bedroom was very difficult to actually get round the wardrobe to get to the bed. No where to put things like tea, coffee, bread, dog food etc, so I had to reorganise the cupboards to get our own supples in. Also we should have been warned that management would enter the property to empty the meter without our prior knowledge. The hedges were cut but the trimming were left on the ground and not cleared up, so bits were walked into the car and chalet. A very dead eyesore of a tree outside the chalet made the grounds looking uncared for. The site is very out-dated we actually feel very sorry for the people that have their own chalets there.

We had a lovely holiday in Cromer. The chalet is in a pleasant area overlooking a large lawn with other chalets positioned around the lawn. This is a great place to stay for a simple holiday at the seaside. The chalet has been fitted with new UPVC windows and door since our last stay three years ago, which is a big improvement. The chalet was clean and well equipped. All of the chalets on this site are quite compact, but it was more than adequate for myself and my daughter. The shower is over a half sized bath, which is not a problem if you are able bodied, but the sides of the bath are quite high, and so it could be difficult to get in and out of if you are disabled. We found the beds to be hard, the mattress' are not very thick therefore the beds are are very low down. I believe that they could be made out of some sort of memory foam, ( I had forgotten about this from our last stay). I must admit that it was a struggle for me to get in and out of the bed, but this wouldn't necessarily be a problem for everyone. The one thing that I feel would be a great improvement is if the sofa and chair could be replaced. They are very low down and the sofa in particular tilts back. Without my daughter's help, it would have been a struggle for me to get up. We lifted the seat cushions on the sofa to see why they tilted backwards. Underneath is a sofa bed, which doesn't offer a lot of support to the seat cushions. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was covered in dog hairs, which was very unpleasant. After that I sat on one of the dining room chairs. I must confirm that the rest of the chalet was very clean, and obviously this was an oversight. All in all, this is a pleasant chalet and we enjoyed our time spent there. Thank you. y
