Our 3 bedroom 2 bath will sleep 8 comfortably. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and king bed with charging end tables. Guest bathroom provides shower/tub with double sink vanity. First guest room has a king bed with double door closet and built in drawers. Second guest bedroom holds a queen bed with charging end tables, and a double door closet with dresser.

Stayed Mar 19, 2026Our family booked a last minute getaway to Rockport for the tail end of Spring Break and we had a wonderful time! The home was cozy and quaint and had everything we needed - including kayaks to explore with. Our kids also loved the pool and being able to fish right from the dock. The hosts were extremely responsive, and we are already talking about when we’ll return!

Stayed Feb 20, 2026Was a nice place but some of the ammenities were lacking and the plumbing had minor issues. The guest bathroom shower didn't go full force and the tub needed a little hard water scrubbing, also the master bath shower head had so much sediment that it didn't have much pressure. The bbq grill was rusted out so we couldn't use it. The kitchen only had plastic dishes and two hand towels. This made reheating things a little tricky but not impossible. The beds were comfy but the posting for them was inaccurate. There were no bunk beds. There was a fold out couch though so we had still had plenty of room. The location was great though and it's definitely quiet.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025This place was an absolute dream,truly a little slice of heaven. It’s the perfect family getaway with plenty of space and fantastic amenities. We loved the pool, the convenient outdoor bathroom, and the lighted deck for fishing it was all amazing! The home was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.Being able to bring our pets made the stay even more special. This is hands down one of my favorite houses in Rockport, and we’re already planning to come back in August. A solid 10 out of 10,highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect family retreat!
