Stayed Aug 11, 2025Kim and Bob are amazing hosts. We have been coming to Sun Valley for five years and this is the best rental we have experienced yet. Their air conditioner works great. Two King sized beds that are super comfortable. They provided some snacks. There is a beautiful hot tub and the view from the back porch is breathtaking in the morning and the evening. I have to say that the heated bathroom floors was something that I never knew I needed until I have experienced them. We come for the Sun Valley Music Festival and the healing of the mountains. They offered their bikes. This was an unbelievable trip and hope to be able to stay here again. Super accessible to Sun Valley Lodge and Ketchum. Thanks Kim and Bob!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Very clean, charming, and surprisingly private home. Small kitchen, but everything you need! We have stayed at many other properties and loved this unique and beautiful home as one of our top stays ever! Easy to bike trail and to town.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025Exceptional property for a family vacation in Sun Valley! From welcome snacks and drinks to white noise machines by each bed to robes in each closet, there were tons of thoughtful extras that made the stay even more comfortable and homelike. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed for cooking meals for family. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Very clean. Easy check-in. Host has thought of everything. Would love to stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay was absolutely perfect! Kim was extremely accommodating and we felt right at home. We stayed here for our wedding at Trail Creek and Kim went above and beyond to make this process smooth and so enjoyable. We rented both of her properties for a week and had the best time. We are forever grateful for the impact Kim made during this special time in our lives!
