Stayed Feb 12, 2026The garbage disposal never worked the entire time and the sink drain was backing up. I had to plunge that drain several times and it was foul. We were promised a technician would be out to correct those things at “top priority”, but no one ever showed up. We were actually promised several things from the Casaga Tampa ‘local team’ and none of the promises were ever kept. Also, the TV in the living room is completely obsolete and we had much difficulty viewing anything all week. There was a constant message on the screen of “Insufficient Power” to operate the Roku device. We could get no further than that. this we couldn’t view anything on the from the Roku. Frustrating! Now we certainly don’t come to the beach for TV watching, but it was the second week of the Winter Olympics and we just wanted to see the evening recaps. No luck. Disappointing! Also, I had to correct the ice maker that wasn’t dispensing! Again, promises to rectify the TV situation were never kept. Just a lot of platitudes with NO action.

Stayed Mar 17, 2024Nice house! We enjoyed our stay—close to beaches & restaurants and a short drive to our Phillies Spring training ballpark. Heated pool was nice & a couple of the neighbors felt like family! We plan to return next year.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Really nice, large unit, full of air and light. My family of four really enjoyed having all this space to spread out, especially three showers after coming back from the beach. SO MUCH better than squeezing into a hotel room. The property views were awesome especially at night. The street felt safe and upscale. The pool is right there. We had some unusually cool october weather so we even played ping pong in the garage. Walking to the strip is quick and easy if you’re mobile. Recommend the owner at least install a cheap over the air antenna for free network television on the main floor TV. Nobody watches disc movies any more. Just bring your roku/fire stick and you’ll be okay.

Stayed Oct 2, 2023I booked a stay at this location on 03/07/23, for a 7-night stay from 10/02/23 to 10/09/23. On 09/21/23 I received the access code from VACASA and was notified that we would not be able to use the rooftop terrace due to HOA maintenance work but the work would be completed by 10/06/23. I asked repeatedly what maintenance work was being done but received no response from VACASA. Arrived on Monday 10/04 as scheduled and then on 10/03 at 09:00am demolition work began and continued until after 4:00pm. (by 'demolition work' think hammering, pounding, grinding, sawing, dropping, shouting, loud music, etc. the entire house on every floor shaking from the work being done on the roof.) On 10/04 at 06:30am demolition work resumed and continued until after 4:00pm. At 4:50pm VACASA called and were told that the maintenance workers would need to turn off the air conditioning for an hour. On 10/05 at 07:00am we were notified by the maintenance team supervisor that they were turning off the air conditioning immediately until after lunch and then demolition work resumed and continued until after 4:00pm. On Friday, 10/06 at 07:00am, demolition work resumed and continued until after 3:00pm. Thinking the work was finally complete went up to the rooftop terrace expecting to enjoy the views as advertised only to open the door and see that the work was far from complete, and the rooftop terrace was unusable. Demolition work resumed on Monday 10/09 at 07:00am. So much for a peaceful vacation.

Stayed Mar 30, 2023Great property and location, the property management was disorganized and multiple people and texts were sent throughout the week and nobody talked to each other. They didn’t send the code to get in as an example.

Stayed Feb 14, 2023Everything was perfect about our stay. Communication, check in process, proximity to beach/shopping/food, and weather. Sunshine did this northern family well.

Stayed Jul 22, 2022The house was clean and easy walking to the beach! We even spotted dolphins out the back porch in the morning. The only thing it was missing is a baby gate to block the stairs because there are a lot of stairs.
