A Big Canoe get aways dream! We enjoyed staying at this property for a weekend wedding at the Tate House. The location was just perfect! Great views of the lake. Great location for a large family to stay with plenty of sleeping options. Everything was as described. Would stay again!!!

Our host was available when needed. We found the home was well maintained, had thoughtful choices for the floor plan, included upscale decor, and had nice modern electronics and controls. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Big Canoe area.

It was a perfect property for my family for a wedding weekend. The property was well maintained and inviting. A few minor items that could be beneficial for future rentals:The outdoor deck was dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in some time.Ice - we immediately went iut and bought ice.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house was amazing and well appointed for cooking and a comfortable stay. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating. Our boys loved the pin pong table and my husband and I loved the views. This house is conveniently located to most of the big canoe main attractions. The beds were comfortable and everything worked in the house as it should.We can’t wait to visit again!

The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the multiple living rooms and large TVs. The fireplace warmed the cool mornings and evenings. The beds are comfortable and the linens so soft. The host was responsive and communication was excellent. We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family for future stays.

The unit is more spacious and atrractive than the photos show. The view of the lake on all levels was amazing. Would have liked a larger eating table for my crew, but we managed fine. Appreciated the games and books in the unit. Club house was being remideked

We traveled with children 1, 3, and 10, plus 4 adults, and the accommodations were perfect. The email for check-in instructions never sent, but the host was very quick to respond to all of our questions, so no problems there. The front gate is very secure, so much so that we had a lot of trouble getting them to let us inside the resort, but once we got our names on the list, everything went smoothly. I will add, there are some issues finding the dumpsters for trash at the end of the trip. You have to go to the North Gate of the resort and then ask the staff to direct you there, but the house, views, and accommodations make up for any confusion you could ever experience along the way.

This is our second time staying here and it has become one of our favorite annual trips. This house is so cozy and truly feels like a home. So much space, the decor is beautiful, the view/large windows are my favorite and they even have a pebble ice maker!! What more can you ask for? The beach club is 5 minutes away and paradise for the kids. Sarah is an amazing property manager who is kind, responsive and professional. Can’t wait to go back!!
