Serene Family Home w/ Patio Near Chattanooga!

The house was clean, well furnished and exactly what the pictures showed.

The host was great. She answered all my concerning questions. The house was SO clean. It was great!!

everything was very clean and modern. some things were lacking which is why we aren’t giving a five. ( but we would stay again!) Reading lamps are needed in the master bedroom. There was only one hand towel for master bathroom and one dish towel for kitchen. We were having to hand was dishes after we ran out dishwasher pods and another one was needed. There are plenty of pans just not any spices so bring what you will need. the furniture was comfortable but not for watching tv. the tv is mounted too high. out grandkids loved the nearby park but you should know there is no yard to play in. The location was great for us and the shower was wonderful.

The house was very cute and well decorated. It was a great location and very close to everything. We loved the Mountain View each morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening.

The neighborhood is quiet and the home is perched on a hill with a great view of the mountains. The location was close to popular tourist attractions like Lookout Mountain and downtown.

Loved the faux fireplace and games! The location was 10-15 min from popular tourist attractions and great restaurants. Great stay!

Great house…good location for all things Chattanooga! Clean, decent linens, plenty of hot water. Door code given was wrong and local host never called me back. Luckily the second call to the management company led me to someone creative enough to give me prior renter’s code which worked.

The house was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Chattanooga. Our host provided excellent communication and check-in was a breeze! Will definitely stay there again.

This brand new chalet was immaculately clean, modern with a very well laid out floor plan on 2 levels. Easy, keyless entry which seemed secure within a quiet neighborhood. We stayed with two teenagers for a birthday getaway to visit Rock City & do some hiking. The birthday teen is an artist & also a gamer, so this theme inside the chalet was perfect! This was a very convenient location to visit Lookout Mountain & the view from the chalet upper & lower decks of the mountain was spectacular! Well supplied & had mostly everything we needed to make home cooked meals during our stay to save some money. Highly recommend this property! 5/5 stars ?????

We stayed here getting ready 4 hour. Wedding and we had plenty of space and the home was beautiful.

This is a wonderful new rental home that is just outside Chattanooga! Our family stayed a couple of nights to visit Rock City and downtown Chattanooga. Both were less than a 20 min drive. Home is in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in the hillside. The house was stocked with everything you’d need for a visit. Teas, coffee, extra toilet paper!! We didn’t stay long so we didn’t need these items but we travel often so we notice the little details that make stays just a little above the others! Highly recommend this house!!! Oh, and the view of Lookout Mountain is just gorgeous!There are a lot of stairs …as you can see in the picture. It wasn’t an issue at all for my crew but worth mentioning! Thanks for being terrific hosts!

This house was immaculate. We booked here as we were coming into town to get married. This was also our first time ever using VRBO. Our host was very accommodating and communicative. The house was beautiful. The view was stunning. We joked the whole time how it looked as if no one had ever lived there before, as that was how nice and well-kept this home was. The neighbors were all super polite. The location was very convenient. There's even a little duck pond right down the road! All-in-all, the best rental we've ever stayed at!

This home worked nicely for our visit to Chattanooga with our grandchildren. Lots of stairs, but new nicely furnished home.

The owner and property are excellent in every way. This was the best place we have stayed in a long while. Great for families or adult getaways. Beds are so comfortable and master bath is amazing. We would give it a perfect score from top to bottom!! Will return for sure!!

I don't know if you can find a better view of Signal Mountain and Chattanooga. I do know I spent a long time enjoying it during my stay! Very well-equipped and very comfortable property as well. Supremely clean, everything was 'tight' and felt good. Steve was super helpful and communicative, and I wish I could have stayed longer. I definitely will be staying here again, to explore the area and nearby park.
