Welcome to Smoky Mountain Villas, where our 6 Bedroom Villa offers an unmatched blend of exquisite elegance and home-like comfort, set against the panoramic backdrop of Douglas Lake's main channel. This sprawling luxury villa, situated on a serene 28-acre estate near the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest, presents an ideal retreat for family and friends with a capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

As you enter through the majestic front door, the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the grand living or great room offers a breathtaking view of Douglas Lake, creating an immediate sense of tranquility. Here, the space is anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace, surrounded by plush seating, perfect for gathering and making cherished memories. Each component in the villa emphasizes luxurious comfort merged with sophisticated style.

On the main floor, the master suite is an oasis of relaxation featuring a king size bed, a 40 flat screen HD television, and private patio doors that open to the main balcony, offering enchanting lake views. The en-suite master bathroom is equipped with both a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, catering to all desires for rest and rejuvenation.

Adjacent to the grand room is a gourmet full kitchen and dining area. Our kitchen is thoroughly equipped to meet your culinary needs, featuring modern appliances such as an oven, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as essential cooking and dining utensils. This area makes home cooking a delightful experience while on vacation.

The villa expands into three levels; the upper level houses two additional guest rooms, each boasting scenic views, lavish bedding, flat-screen televisions, and en-suite bathrooms. The lower level of the villa reveals an ultimate entertainment area with a bar, foosball table, and a 60 UHDTV, ensuring endless entertainment options. Three more bedrooms on this floor make the villa spacious enough to host large families or groups.

Outdoors, step into the vibrant natural beauty of Douglas Lake. Our comprehensive lake adventure options include free access for guests to paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing gear. The dock area is not only perfect for boating but also offers a serene spot for swimming.

Additional on-site amenities enhance your stay, including a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a cozy fire pit area, ideal for evenings spent roasting s'mores under the stars. These facilities, along with the boat dock, are shared among all guests of the six villas on the property, fostering a friendly community vibe.

Located just a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville, our villa serves as a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to explore famous attractions like Dollywood. Whether it's hiking in the nearby national park, enjoying lake activities, or simply relaxing by the fire pit, Smoky Mountain Villas offers something for everyone.

Douglas Lake is a reservoir, so water levels fluctuate throughout the year. We are located on the main channel so we always have water, however there are periods of time where access to the water is limited. Kayaks and paddle boards are unavailable in the Winter months.

The pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Weekend to September 14th. They are open from 9am- dusk daily.

Across from the pool area is the fire pit, perfect for gathering the family and roasting s'mores! wood is stocked in a rack next to the fire pit for easy access for guests.

Our dock has 4 slips for boats. The slips will hold up to 24' boats, they can be reserved for $30/day. Please let us know if you would like to reserve a slip ahead of time to guarantee availability.
