Recently renovated cottage overlooking Spring lake. One bedroom one bath. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Access to Spring lake for non motorized boating. No swimming. Enjoy the variety of wildlife including deer, geese, ducks, rabbits, foxes, and the occasional bald eagle. 8 miles from the University of Mississippi and Oxford Square. ( 15 minutes door to door) The Lakes subdivision is family and pedestrian friendly. Linens and towels provided. No extra pet fees.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We had such a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and the cottage is cozy and had everything we needed. We really liked the location of being right outside the city, in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, but with the convenience of a short and easy drive into Oxford and to campus. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We were visiting to watch our grand daughter play in a softball tournament. The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs. It was an easy commute to and from the ball fields. The owners were exceptional with communication. We hope to stay again in the near future.
