Stayed Sep 23, 2022Fantastic stay and fantastic parents weekend. Charlie (owner) was amazing to work with and very flexible to our needs. House is perfect in a cool development close to campus. Spacious and very clean, it had everything we were looking for. Will easily want to stay there again on our next trip. Really felt at home and comfortable there. Highly recommended.

It is situated in a very convenient location near Ole Miss,The Square, Kroger, and a wide variety of restaurants. The property owners are dedicated to making your stay comfortable and easy; they were a pleasure to work with.

The house is absolutely beautiful and they were able to relax and spend wonderful quality time together there. Communication with the owner was excellent and we will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Nov 5, 2021The Hotty Toddy house was the perfect place for a football weekend with friends. The location is perfect, and having a shuttle taking us to the square as well as the stadium was an added bonus. Charles made check in super easy, and the house was lovely. Would definitely rent again!
