The house really is right on Lake Michigan, and you really can see the Mackinac Bridge from the front of the house. Super quiet.

We loved this house -- perfect for our 6-person group with 2 kids under 10. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to lots of activities and sites. Would 100% stay here again!

Great vacation spot. It's a very quiet setting, but so close to town to enjoy all the activities the U.P. offers!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The lake is Across the street but its essentially very, very close which my family loved. It isn't a sandy beach, its all rocky but still fun to skip rocks on and swim a little bit. We all had water shoes which made it easy to walk on the rocks. The sunsets were AMAZING on the lake. The house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We made several day trips to the UP from there and it was a good location. The only complaint we had was the showerhead in the master shower, that showerhead was essentially useless and really needs to be replaced, but that is a minor issue. We would definitely come back here.

It was right across the road from Lake Michigan and super easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There were toys and games for the kids, which was much appreciated.

This house is in the perfect location, on a quiet road with great views of the bridge & right on the lake. Close driving proximity to St Ignace/ferries/shopping etc. Grab a bundle of firewood at Family Fare & enjoy a bonfire as the sun goes down. Bring bug spray!! Take a day & drive up to Whitefish Point & see the shipwreck museum (cell service is pretty much non existent up there so have a paper map or know where you’re going), stop at Tahquamenon Falls, and the black bear sanctuary. As far as supplies, you’ll need to buy toilet paper as they don’t provide enough to last a week. There was no dishwasher detergent, so plan to buy that as well. There was also no Kleenex & very few spices & such there for cooking. That’s the only big things we noted. Suggestion for the property manager- the bathroom across from the living room could really benefit from a towel bar or over the door hooks. There is nowhere to hang anything. The breeze off the lake with the windows open keeps the house cool & comfortable, & we never even needed to touch the thermostat. Overall it’s a GREAT place to stay, check in & out is super easy, & it’s overall very clean. We would stay again!

We loved the location. We drove into St Ignace 2 days and took ferry to Mackinac island. The view is breathtaking. We appreciated the uncluttered view of the lake. House is bright, not dark. It is spacious, comes with fully equipped kitchen. The lighthouse theme is right one given the location.

We loved the location of the property, the view, and size of the home. We didn’t like that we had to wait to get into the place due to a mix up with the cleaning staff. Also there was an ant issue in the kitchen. Yuck! The home does not have air conditioning so it was hot and humid even with ceiling fans.

Property was clean and well stocked with most items needed. There were no additional trash bags for either kitchen or baths. The location and view were fantastic and we were very happy with the house layout. The only issues we had were the condition of the coffee maker (it was unusable, very dirty) so we bought one to use. We could not figure out the T.V. operation, but spent time in conversation which was better than T.V. anyway. We would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
