THE GARAGE HAS BEEN RECONVERTED IN A BICYCLE WORKSHOP. IT HAS A BICYCLE WHEEL BINNER AND OTHER UTENSILS THAT WILL HELP YOU BIKE TO REPAIR YOUR BICYCLES

In the house we will find the cycling routes that will have been designed by its owner and experts from the world of cycling in Mallorca and we can also listen to his advice to travel through the island of Mallorca
THE HOUSE IS 200 METERS FROM THE MUNICIPAL VELODROME THAT IS FREE TO USE. In this velodrome you will find a fantastic restaurant where you can eat.

THE HOUSE HAS A SMALL GYM

In the center of the Island 25 minutes from all points we find the ancient population of Sineu, in the time of the Romans Sinium
In this town famous for its weekly Wednesday market, we find this corner, which is located on the outskirts of the town (which also makes it in the countryside of Mallorca) is called SON RATET
IN THE PRIVATE RINCON OF SON RATET we find this GREAT SENIOR HOUSE where you will think that time has stopped, an old house designed by its owner following the historical canons but that has all the advantages and modernities of the current era
The house is composed of several rooms and rooms for rest and relaxation, there in these rooms you will have the feeling that time has stopped at the average age
The house has 4 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms furnished with excellent furniture of yesteryear, the capacity of this house can be for 8 people.
In the house we find several terraces both in the front and in the back, from the terraces we can see excellent views of the Tramuntana mountain range. In the interior patio-terrace it is ideal to spend excellent summer evenings and romantic outdoor dinners since the kitchen is attached to this patio. On this terrace we can also sunbathe in one of its hammocks
The house is 200 meters from the sports center (equipped with a beautiful velodrome) where we can practice many sports among them :( Cycling, football, swimming, tennis, paddle etc) many of these sports are free to practice, including the velodrome where the Cyclist can delight. The municipal sports center has excellent swimming pools that the property has agreed on special prices for its guests, as well as a fantastic and economical restaurant
The house is ideal for cyclists since it has a large garage where we can leave the bicycles and repair them since the garage has been converted into a bicycle workshop, we also find a small gym that is inside
In addition, as we have said, it is 200 meters from a velodrome that is free to use. In these garages we can find some useful for bicycles, as well as cycling material for these practitioners. The family that owns the house, a great lover of cycling, will advise us on the cycling and hiking routes that we can do
In addition to what has been said, the house has a fireplace in which the owner family supplies more than enough wood for its good use
Several rooms and rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and the rest have ceiling fans and all rooms and bathrooms have heating.
The house is equipped with WIFFI and Satellite Television, and in the house we can find an excellent barbecue with abundant firewood for its good use that the owner family gives us for free

    On our arrival Jain y Marisol were friendly and almost felt like family. The home is within walking distance of everywhere you would want to go in Sineu. We loved it so much we did not want to leave.

    This was a group of 6 friends on a week's cycling trip. We had stayed in the property before, and had no hesitation in using it again. Facilities for secure bike storage are superb (very large garage with helpful tools), and the house is ideally situated for trips around the island. The host and his wife (English speaker) are extremely welcoming and helpful. The house is very well equipped and comfortable for 6 adults, and has a nice terrace that captures the sun all day. A good supermarket is within a 10 minute walk.

    Property is ideally placed to explore all parts of the island by bike or by car. Direct rail link to Palma also adds to the the convenience of the location enabling other areas of the island to be visited by public transport. The property is spacious, clean, well equipped & within walking distance of many bars & restaurants.

    We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased to be provided with eggs from the chickens next door and oranges and lemons for the trees in the garden. The cooking facilities were great and the showers worked perfectly. There was plenty of bedding and towels and wood for the wood burner in the living room. One suggestion, it might have helped if we had been told to bring dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, and shampoo. Thanks to Mari Sol and Juan for a great week

    This house is a great place to stay. The house is really nice & spacious & is very well maintained & clean. The house is on the edge of Sineu & within easy walking distance of the many restaurants, tapas bars & famous market located in Sineu. The house owner, Mari & family are very pleasant, very welcoming & helpful. We were on a cycling holiday & the property has excellent bike storage, basic tools & track pump! Thoroughly recommended.
