Stayed May 1, 2022Everything about this place was amazing. The house was beautiful. The location down on the south end was so quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and then some to cook meals. Access to the beach was literally a 2 minute walk…and the beach was awesome! Maybe it was the time of year we were there but the beach was almost empty every time we went. Would love to come back.

Stayed Oct 24, 2021It was another great stay at The Sellers! We love all of the updates done to the home! Fall at topsail is best! The check in/out process was very easy. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Stayed May 16, 2021The property was really clean great location fully stocked. Only suggestion would be to add a picnic table downstairs otherwise would recommend and stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great proximity to beach! Great area for bike riding. Very well equipped kitchen in a basic beach house. Kids had fun fishing off canal dock. Would suggest adding some area rugs and door mats to assist with sand control. At quiet end of island (which we loved) but grocery stores, bars & restaurants are 15-20 min away-didn’t bother us, just an FYI.

Stayed Aug 19, 2018Absolutely wonderful location ?, the home was well kept and furnished with everything we could possibly need ?. The only suggestion I would have is to replace the carpet with laminate, tile or vinyl in the living area especially being that it is a pet friendly home, this would really make the home much more appealing and comfortable ? overall though we really love this place .
