Self Check-in #2 - Full Kitchen - Modern Design - Central

This was our first experience with a private residence, the it was overwhelmingly positive. The host had had stocked the property with every imaginable amenity. It was sparkling clean. The dog was so happy in the backyard she wanted to stay. Us too! Thank you so much. We will be back again soon.

Great location in a safe neighborhood even if the outside needs a little attention. We worked along time trying to get online and then just gave up so not having internet was an issue for us and the host didn’t address it until the next morning. Keypad was out of batteries but host responded to that quickly! Not a lot of attention to details… such as someone had sat on the bed and it was wrinkled when we go there, no trash bag in the trashcan… no salt and pepper in the shakers… dirty windowsills but all minor things! We ended up not staying but one night and we had booked two… host never responded after we said we were leaving early and had done all the things he had asked of us… all and all it was just an ok stay.

The property was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were with my dog, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt relaxed and easy, and I was comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Some stains on walls and carpet, broken soap dispensers, and kitchen table was dirty upon arrival but overall pretty clean and a very nice place to stay for a weekend. Central to everything in Lubbock and well stocked.

Great property. Clean, cozy and easy to find. The kitchen has most of everything we needed but if you are trying to make a full meal, you may need to pivot and improvise a little as there was limited pots and pans, no cutting board and the knife’s were a little dull. All of these things are not a big deal though. Overall great place to stay and we would stay again.

This place is well decorated and remodeled nicely- location is good- owner is very communicative. Could use extra blankets (or heavier options) it got chilly the night we were there.

Great location; clean and welcoming

Booked this nice home that was just right for my family and I. We came into town From San Antonio for our sons orientation at Tech. This home was nice, clean and offered us some nice electronics to enjoy such as the smart tv in the living room and a smart door lock for easy access to the home. Thank you Adam for the wonderful accommodation.

Once we arrived we had no communication from the Host even though we had some light bulbs missing and other small things wrong. It was a great size and very clean.

The location was perfect because it was easy to find and close to the loop. The house/duplex was nicely updated and clean. The master bathroom is pretty small so there wasn’t much room for your toiletries so a dresser in the bedroom would have been helpful to have a place for them or anything else you bring. Overall nice place and would stay here again.

This property was clean and within easy distance of all the places I needed to be in Lubbock for work and play. I appreciated the garage access, which helped during some inclement weather. The property owner had clear instructions for check-in and check-out. This is a great place to stay.

House was great for a four night stay in Lubbock. Beds were comfortable. Towels and shampoo and conditioner provided. Kitchen stocked with enough plates, cups, flatware, and pots/pans for the stay. Neighborhood is quiet.

This duplex is centrally located. Comfortable accommodations and very clean!

I came on the 14 with my dogs and wife and then she had surgery the next day and stayed till the 17 it was very stressful but at least I could let the dogs out and stay there in this stressful situation at least we were safe. Manager had responded to my messages when I asked questions. Very nice stay will recommend to everyone and will rent again

We had a really nice stay while visiting our daughter at Tech. Townhome is decorated just as shown on website. Beds were comfy and kitchen had what we needed for cooking a couple of home cooked meals. We brought our dog and found a great park walking distance only a couple of blocks away which was perfect.

I stayed with my daughter and brought her dog from home. We had room for more people but the price was so reasonable that I booked it for our tiny group anyway. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I will stay here again.

Very nice location nice place

Went to Lubbock to visit family and friends for Christmas. This little gem is right in the middle of Lubbock, just off Quaker Ave and 58th. Easy to get in and out for everything we needed. It is a duplex so you do have neighbors but that wasn't an issue for us. The duplex itself needs some exterior work done but the remodel of the interior is outstanding. I/we would change the shower heads to something a little more generalized but really nothing else we would change. Will definitely look to stay there again!

Parents Weekend + grandparents visit! So 4 of us which was perfect but were a little short on plates and cups when we had our daughter and friends over for dinner one night. Our thought was to cook most meals in to avoid crowded restaurants. But this kitchen was not set up for that at all! Definitely bare bones :) Will know to bring my own stuff next time we try to eat in!
