Walk into the living room, with ample seating for everyone. Watch movies or a sporting event easily with large smart tv. The 2 white sofas fold out to queen beds. Open up the French doors to let in light and the beach breeze.

Beyond the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas oven, Viking double door refrigerator and breakfast bar. A door leads out to the fenced in backyard, perfect for grilling and chilling! The backyard also hosts an outdoor shower, perfect to rinse off after the beach. The 1/2 bath under the stairs is easy access for the downstairs.

Head upstairs to the primary bedroom suite. The expansive bedroom offers a king bed, smart tv, large closets, one with space for a crib, a extra large twin day bed and desk area. The primary bedroom also has it`s own ensuite bathroom with large sink and vanity area, oversized tub and shower combo.The large laundry room area sits between the primary bedroom and the secondary bedroom.
The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, smart tv, built in desk, large closet, private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has private closed off commode from the vanity sink area and tub/shower combo.

Make your way to the third floor. Very spacious open floor plan with king bed, smart tv, mini fridge, large closet spaces, partial wall to close off to extra large twin day bed, with trundle area, sitting area and full bathroom with walk in shower. Walk out to the rooftop deck with hot tub, lounge area and views of the ocean.

    Location is great!! The unit was well stocked with beach supplies and everyday essentials. We were able to leave our car parked for most of the trip. Just a short walk to the beach, as well as several great restaurants. Relaxing and clean ...Would definitely book again

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seis Palmas. The location was perfect. It is within walking distance of many local dining places and a very short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and exactly as described and pictured on the website. Checkin and checkout was simple and our host Lauren was very responsive and always helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to stay again next time we travel to St. Augustine!

    We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this home. Just a few steps from the beach access and walking distance to cute places to eat and drink. The host was responsive. Plenty of space. Wold recommend it.

    We had an excellent stay with the nearby beach access, it was wonderful being able to hit the beach several times a day and escape to the air conditioning during peak heat hours with small children. The home was well stocked, the hot tub was a hit with the family, and we just really enjoyed every bit. Bonus points for having a crib in an air conditioned closet for the baby! Not having to tiptoe around my one year old praying she didn't see me was a huge plus.
