SECOND ROW PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS ; AWESOME OCEAN AND MARSH INLET VIEWS!

Very easy check-in process. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. The house was very well maintained and had wonderful views. Saralee was very responsive and provided good instructions. She was very nice in all her communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family (parents and young adult children) just had a perfect week! Saralee is a pleasure to work with. Her communication was always on time, with all specific details included, so that we felt perfectly at home. She is so well organized.. Everything in the house was perfectly sorted. The cupboards in the kitchen are labelled, which makes for finding utensils much easier. The keyless entry which Saralee remotely-programmed was very helpful..The beach chairs are in good condition, which helped reduce our car-load. The location is very nice. While on second row, the private beach access only is a couple of minutes away. Very convenient.We truly had a great week. Everyone in our party left hoping that we can be back in the future. Comfortable home close to the beach. Homeowner is super responsive to any and all questions or needs.

We have come back to the blue house many times and have concluded that it is the BEST on Holden Beach. It is rare to find a house with enough space, with such comfort and be so close to beach access. We love the decks and the view of the marsh (especialy the kitchen window). We love the comfortable beds- the comfortable couches. The modern TV. The kitchen is fully stocked, with sharp knives, a blender, etc. The beach access is a very short walk- and there are chairs and boogie boards for us to use. Saralee takes care of her guests with kindness and QUICK response time. We can't wait to go back!! Thank you, Saralee, for a wonderful vacation and lasting Holden Beach memories.

We enjoyed staying in this home! The layout of the house was nice for our family and very comfortable. It was also nice to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas for the short walk to the beach. The host is great, and very quick to reply to any questions!

Amazing views on the upper floor, where the kitchen and living area are. The kitchen bay window makes cooking, and cleaning up, fun as you look out to the intercoastal waterway over the marsh. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the lower deck, catching the beach breeze on the extended area. Plenty of beach provisions and toys in the storage area add to the fun of the short walk to the beach.

This was our second time staying this house with Saralee as our hostess. We love the location with proximity to beach access. The beach is uncrowded because the access is limited. The house is perfectly equipped for our wants and needs, with plenty of beach gear, games, books, etc. Now that so many Holden houses are owned by rental companies, which can feel so impersonal and like they’re squeezing you for cash, it’s even more refreshing to bring our family to a place run by a family.

We had a great week at Holden beach. My parents, my family and my sister's family stayed together and we had just enough room for everyone and still personal space when we needed it. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies and there were lots of beach supplies provided as well!

This is our second time staying at this house. We love everything about it. The location, the views, the airy roomy feel. All of it made our stay so fun and memorable.

We really enjoyed our time at Holden Beach. First time for us and we lucked out with finding this house! It fit our needs perfectly! Enjoyed looking out over the marsh in the rear of the property from the large kitchen window and the access to the beach was across the street and a couple of house down. Perfect! Also, I have to compliment the host for answering all our questions and explaining everything so well about the house. Even gave us some recommendations for local restaurants etc. She was terrific!!! All in all a great experience!!❤️

The views were beautiful and relaxing, the beds were so very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked we’ve ever had. Saralee, the owner was really helpful and responded promptly when needed.

1. We drove up and down Holden Beach just to look at what was here. By far, the stretch of land this house is on is the best. 2. Kitchen sink window - absolutely stunning view of the marshlands. If only I could take this home with me . . . 3. Back porch with same peaceful view of marshland, birds soaring and singing, deer, foxes, and the amazing transformation of the land with the tides 4. Quick walk to the beach 5. You can't see the ocean very well from across the street, but who cares with the great backyard? 6. Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards 7. Very friendly and accommodating host

Second time here will be back!!!!
