Stayed Sep 11, 2025Unfortunately the pictures depicted on the online listing were not accurate - the outdoor furniture was replaced by a dining table - there were horrible stains on bedroom carpet that made it off putting to enjoy the room.The amount of towels provided in the property for us to use was incorrect and not sufficient- I sent an email to the host right away and they gave me a hard time about that - I had to wait a full day to receive the two sets of towels we needed. Overall the house was satisfactory but unfortunately these two major things put a damper in our stay,

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Myself and my husband and our 4 children, daughter in law and granddaughter all stayed here for the week of the 4th for our annual family beach trip. We all agreed this was our favorite house we stayed in so far! The house was perfect for our family and a plus that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. They closed down the road for a 4th of July parade which was just was so much fun for the younger kids! Very short walk to the beach and love the rooftop deck for the views!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Location was key to us since most of us are 60. A full bathroom with each bedroom was very nice. House was beautiful & enjoyed the comforts of this home.

Stayed May 16, 2025We had a group stay at The Bear & Butterfly and we had a great time! The house was spacious and beds comfortable!We enjoyed the beach equipment that was provided as well as the proximity to the beach. The top floor ac went out the first day & we had to call emergency maintenance at midnight. He arrived promptly, fixed the issue and was friendly!Make sure you bring all toiletries and soaps and extra trash bags.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025Nice home with plenty of space. Was clean and check-in was easy. The walk to the beach is approximately 5 minutes with easy access.
