SECLUDED WATERFRONT HOME WITH ROOM FOR ALL

We had the most incredible stay celebrating my dad’s 60th. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so spacious—perfect for our family of 8 to relax comfortably. The views were absolutely stunning and made the entire experience feel even more special. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home on an even more beautiful piece of property. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay and celebrate my 30th birthday weekend. The host was responsive and very accommodating for any of our needs. Lots of great memories made here, only wish we had booked it for longer! Hope to be back soon :)

Amazing location, beautiful home with breathtaking views of a sunset. Nature enthusiasts will love! Plenty of space to invite your closest friends and family. Hot tub was a bonus for relaxing. Would definitely book again and recommend this secluded but convenient location.

Unexpected snow storm and the host was fantastic! checking on us, ensuring we had what we needed and promptly contacting their plow company to manage the snow. The property itself was beautiful. Everything was high end or very well maintained.

We stayed here with 11 people for New Year’s Eve and my birthday! The property is secluded and peaceful, right on the lakefront, which made it feel like our own private retreat. The sunsets over the water were beautiful, and the hot tub was spotless and ready for us to enjoy. The home was spacious, maintained, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped - perfect for a large group.Our winter stay was great, and I can only imagine how incredible this place will be in the summer. A few small things could have made the stay even better: a little more dish detergent, trash bags, and paper towels would have been helpful for a four-night stay. Also, the remote for the large TV in the living room didn’t work well, even after we bought new batteries, so we had to adjust the volume on the TV itself. Those were minor inconveniences compared to everything else. This home is perfect for relaxing, celebrating, and making memories with family or friends. We did not realize that one of the bedrooms is attached in what used to be a garage, with wetbar, microwave, fridge and own bathroom/shower. Great private space for a couple! Highly recommend - we would stay here again!

This house is amazing and the host pulled out all the stops. The home was beautiful and lots of rooms and little nooks to relax. The deck and hot tub is a bonus. The surrounding woods and trails were so peaceful and relaxing. I would stay again and again.

We had an amazing long weekend. The home was everything as advertised, clean, spacious, and the location/grounds is awesome. Picked the perfect place for our wedding.

Under things, in things and around things could have been a little cleaner. But over all a good stay. Very quiet and secluded. PS. No fish in the pond

Our group spent a fantastic 4 nights here. Beautiful deck with a world-class view. Extensive amenities in the kitchen. The kayaks and fishing poles were appreciated. Very private - feels like the lake is there just for you. The deck can get a lot of sun but the overhang next to the guest house is convenient for anyone who gets overheated. Having an ice maker available with a large group was definitely appreciated. This place is fantastic and we're already planning our next trip down!

A beautiful place for a family gathering with children of varying ages. The facilities for boating are great and were very much enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped and easy for a number of people to work in together.

Gorgeous, remote-feeling property still near plenty of amenities. We loved the lake for swimming, fishing, kayaking and the nearby sort, but challenging hikes. Lovely home.

All of us loved the spectacular home and tranquil setting. We talked, barbecued, played board games, and really felt disconnected from the rest of the world for a few days, and spent a lot of time making plans for making our next trip there together!

This property was so peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out and enough to do to keep our three generations busy from age 13 to 70.

Nothing better then the deck overlooking the pond. A perfect spot for our family reunion.

Located lakeside at the end of a long dead end road, this property could not have been more perfect. The owners have made full use of the view with open indoor spaces, large windows and multiple outdoor spaces. This includes a great dock, paddle boards and a slide. Everyone was delighted, and we ranged in age from 6 to 86. A fabulous vacation.

The property was great. Plenty of space for all. Some quirky appliances but we made it work. Communications was a bit slow but otherwise all was good.

We all had a great time. Very relaxing, clean, had what we needed and the safety/ baby gates were so great! Lots of room for everyone. Right on the water with lots of room to fish and enjoy the view.

Our family is spread out over the country...Colorado... North Carolina...Pennsylvania, and we wanted to get together to celebrate the memory of our brother on his birthday this year. We found this place with the name of Hope Valley and hoped for a peaceful location to be able to spend time as a family without a lot of noise where the focus of the trip would be on enjoying time spent with family without the distractions of everyday life. The home is more beautiful in person that the pictures could possibly show. I am grateful to have been able to experience the peace and tranquility of this waterfront property as well as the spacious and comfortable home that we were able to share with our whole family. The owners of the home, paid attention to the details...so we didn't have to. The beds were comfortable and the blankets/sheets, towels, and kitchen supplies were all provided and though we didn't need them, there were 1st aid kits throughout the house. We didn't have a chance to get out on the water, but I hope to get back some time in the future to be able to explore the pond on the paddle boards and kayaks that were provided with the home. It was the perfect home and location and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to be able to stay here with our family.

We had an adult sibling family reunion. There were 10 of us and the house was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space for all of us to be together.

My family booked this home for a birthday getaway weekend and it was wonderful. The building and property are beautiful and well maintained. There are so many beds and private spaces that everyone had plenty of room while we were there. And while the inside of the house is great, the back along the lake was truly exceptional. The patio has plenty of seating and a spectacular view. We could not recommend the is property enough.

You can definitely invite your whole extended family here! Comes with a plethora of beds, tons of places to chillax. Extra rooms and outdoor space give you the ability to get away and have some peace, quiet and alone time. Kitchen has the basics. Large kitchen, easy to cook in with more than one person. The view from the deck is outstanding, beautiful, and gorgeous at sunrise and sunset. The view from the kitchen the dining room and living room is spectacular. The view from the two adult bedrooms upstairs is also absolutely beautiful. Furnishings are simple, but highly functional. Dining room table probably fits 12 to 14 guest. Nicely landscaped. Sitting directly on the pond it could not be closer. We’re not really able to use the dock because it has some challenges, but they’re in the process of repairing the dock. Owner mentioned this before we came. In fairness, this was during the late April.Hot tub is awesome! If you have any problems with the hot tub, let the owner know immediately she can usually tell you how to get everything up and working. Sunsets are gorgeous!

Big house with room for lots of people adults and kids. Great location on lake basically all by yourself. We kayaked across the lake and hiked around it. Many other hiking trails in the area. Great history in all directions. Easy access to skiing and the ocean.

A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. The kitchen was also very well equipped and great for cooking for a large group. We had a great time, and I would highly recommend this to anyone! Hope to return soon.

This home was the perfect place for my siblings and I to spend the long weekend. My siblings and I always enjoyed summers in the Westerly, RI area and this home was the perfect distance between Westerly and Mystic (another favorite place). The home was clean and in a gorgeous location looking over a quiet pond. Strongly recommend this home and hope to visit it again.

We were 11 adults and one 4 year old, celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. The house was lovely, the setting was perfect, and the weather was a gift. We loved being able to kayak on the beautiful pond.

My friends and I had an incredible time at this property. Just an hour and a half from Boston, we were shocked to feel so off the grid and enjoy some peace and privacy. The house is beautiful, modern, and very accommodating for groups. We really enjoyed the access to the pond, hot tub, and space for outdoor fun. Would 10/10 recommend.
