Best Christmas ever! This cabin is absolutely beautiful! We brought all our kids and their families to Island Park to spend the holiday together. There was plenty of room for everyone, the bedrooms were so comfortable, the hot tub was perfect, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The Christmas tree and decor were gorgeous!! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The home and property is beautiful! It worked perfectly for our 2 families with adult children and was conveniently located near West Yellowstone and park entrance. We enjoyed the fire pit each night.

We had a 10/10 experience in the Black Bear Lodge. The house was very clean, well-stocked with towels, linens, pillows and tons of stuff in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the fire pit area, the back porch, hot tub, the double washer dryers and fridges. It's in a beautiful area and close to the western entrance of Yellowstone. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and requests.

This property was exactly as described in the listing. The arrangement of rooms was perfect for our extended family of 14. It had secluded bedrooms upstairs, perfect for putting the little ones to bed early, and rooms in the lower level where the older boys could play and make noise without disturbing anyone. The adults were comfortable on the main level, with ample seating (both relaxing and dining) for all of us together.Brennyn was quick to answer all our questions and was very responsive. The welcome amenities were very gracious and appreciated. This location made a great launching pad for our adventures in both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. We were out of the hustle and bustle but not so far away to be inconvenient. The ride to the property within the neighborhood was its own adventure - with cattle crossing, mule deer visitors every day and even a sighting of a momma moose and baby!We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and the peaceful surroundings. The DOUBLE set of washers and dryers was a huge bonus for getting all our laundry done in short order. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for our hungry herd.Even though it was hotter than normal (except for the morning we had SNOW - in July!), having the windows open to get fresh air into the house was sufficient - no air conditioning needed! We simply loved our stay!

This property was gorgeous, spacious and very accommodating for our extended family trip to Yellowstone. We had great memories. We loved feeling like we were “in the woods” with 5 star accommodations. The drive into town and to the west gate was enjoyable and our kids loved the cows along the way. It actually felt more like we were “glamping” instead of being in town and at a hotel. The fire pit and firewood was a nice experience and we made fun memories out there. We saw the big red fox a few times! Check in was as easy as it could have been. Would stay here again! Highly suggest.

We had a great stay, the house was fantastic, it could have been cleaner, the windows when open had not been cleaned since the build and were full dirt and sheetrock dust. There were spider webs on the light above the table and dust on the shelves around the house. The stove top was very dirty.
