Henry's Hideaway is a cozy 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat located on the west side of Henry's Lake, offering unbeatable seclusion with no neighbors for miles! This secluded escape is nestled next to the lake with Duck Creek running through the property. The cabin features a newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen, a spacious living room centered around a large stone fireplace, and a foosball table for family fun. The extensive outdoor space is perfect for family gatherings on the front or back decks or around the outdoor fire pit while enjoying a BBQ. Please note that SUVs or trucks are recommended for navigating the driveway.

The Space:
The ground floor of this two story home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Upon entering through the front door, you'll be greeted by a massive custom fireplace at the heart of a large living room and a newly remodeled kitchen. Beyond the kitchen, you'll find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom features a king bed and private access to the back deck with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a wardrobe, and beautiful views.

Upstairs in the spacious loft, are two twin bunk beds, a foosball table, and a secondary living room, making it an ideal spot for the kids to play games. The loft also has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a beautiful view from the window. The second bedroom, located at the back of the house, offers a breathtaking view of Henry's Lake, a king bed, a rocking chair, and a crib.

Guest Access:
To reach the home, you'll need to pass through three separate gates. Please ensure you close all gates behind you to prevent livestock from escaping. Guests will have access to the main house and the fenced yard area, but the barn on the property is off-limits.

Other Things to Note
Various animals roam around the house, such as moose, elk, deer, and bears. Please DO NOT approach wild animals, as they may attack if they feel threatened. Always maintain a safe distance and carry bear spray. Shooting, hunting, and fireworks are NOT allowed on the property. Additionally, there is no air conditioning.

Be sure to plan a day trip to Yellowstone National Park during your stay at Henry's Hideaway. There are countless incredible sights to see such as active geysers, waterfalls, thermal features, wildlife and stunning scenery. We especially love stopping at Lamar Valley, Artist Point and at Old Faithful during a drive through the park.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Absolutely secluded, private and quiet. Slept like babies. Exceptional and well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the peaceful setting, so very quiet and star gazing was out of this world! Property manager was quick to help when needed and was flexible with our schedule. Definitely would stay again ... A great, mountain cabin!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Directions were clear, even when it was pitch-black outside. The property was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I always have an issue with bathtubs, but this one was genuinely clean! The beds weren’t MY ideal mattress, but they were comfortable. I felt right at home and slept wonderfully. The view in the morning was unreal. It was the seclusion we wanted. My only regret is not staying here for our entire trip!

Our family of 4 was EXTREMELY comfortable in this fabulous home on Henry's Lake. The house was well stocked and was an easy drive to both Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. The host provided excellent information about check in and responded to questions during the stay. Our family all agreed that staying at this house versus staying inside of the parks was a bonus experience for us! The number of birds we could listen to was amazing - the Merlin app recognized 8 different birds in a 2-minute period - and some rare ones! The sunsets were also incredible and one night, we even had a double rainbow. It was a perfect home base for us while we explored the area!

Great property! The kids loved the large yard and fishing in the stream. We were able to catch some small trout and saw all kinds of wildlife. If you are looking for seclusion and great nighttime stargazing this is a wonderful destination!
