We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was nearly perfect for us! There were beautiful views and quiet location. It was comfortable for 6 of us and had everything we needed! Tanner was very quick to respond when we had a minor issue getting into the house.

The Mod Lodge was perfect for our extended family to stay for my daughters graduation from the University of Arkansas. The layout of the home was perfect for the 12 of us ages 5 to 84. Grandmothers made a dinner in the kitchen for the graduate and we enjoyed the family time and relaxing home after the hustle and bustle of the morning graduation in Fayetteville. had issues during my trip that impacted my stay significantly, host was very responsive and helpful in resolving these. Some places where a bit dirty (oven smelt very burnt when in use due to grime build up) but overall, the place was very pretty, and the views were extremely peaceful
