We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The check-in process was simple and seamless.The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities made us feel right at home. Host is super responsive. The house is so beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We made so many wonderful memories in their beautiful backyard. The location is perfect too. It’s quiet but close to everything.

Overall Beautiful Home

We were not able to use the Hot tub, at all due to rain and coolness of the weather.

Everything was absolutely wonderful for our girls’ trip that had a total of 5 women staying in the house. We loved how secluded it was. The hot tub was great and overall, the place was very very clean!! No complaints at all!

This was a terrific house for a girls getaway. Everything was super clean and organized. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! It was a short drive into downtown Hot Springs, and also not far to Harps (grocery store). Definitely recommend this home!

House was well stocked for our family of 4! We had everything and MORE! Super close to downtown and all the hiking trails. Kids had a blast and had their upstairs space which was really nice!Garven Garden is a MUST see! Absolutely STUNNING!Hot tub and fire pit made the evenings even better. First time to Hot Springs and the weather was perfect!

Hot tub was our favorite pass time any chance we got, also loved the games in the room. We had a lot of fun staying up playing cards next to the fire place in the living room to help knock the chill from the rain storm we were having. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great place, communication with host was outstanding! If you plan on cooking the kitchen has all you need, and a fully stocked coffee bar. There are three rooms, with two queen beds and one king. No loft, bunk beds, or pull out couches. If you double up the beds you can sleep six, or if someone sleeps on the couches possibly more. There is also a pack and play provided in one of the closets. There is a tons of room for kids to run and explore. Aside from where steps are located the porch has a large drop off, so if you are staying with younger kids that is something you'll need to be careful with.

Beautiful home, with everything you could possibly need!!

Great proximity to the park as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. We ventured just an hour and a half south to dig for diamonds as well. The house was possibly the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed!! Check in and out were seamless. Everything was so well done from the ease of check-in to the kitchen having everything!! My children (10,8,4) thought it was the best!

Home was beautiful! The hosts truly thought of everything. We were nestled away in the national park but still b wry close to town. We absolutely recommend and stay again!

The location was perfect for our trip. It was secluded to make you feel like you were far away but it was close to things we wanted to do in town. The hot tub and fire pit were great amenities. The host was quick to respond and made us feel welcome.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Everything was so perfect and the hosts have really thought of everything. The kitchen is more than fully stocked. There is so much seating indoors and outdoors which is great when you have a large group. The hot tub was wonderful. The giant connect four was a blast. The scenery beautiful. It’s perfectly secluded, while still being close to town. The beds were so comfortable! I only wish we could have stayed longer. This is definitely a place we’d stay in again! Thank you!!

Our stay was perfect. The location was secluded and quiet, yet not too far from town. The property was amazing. The decor was esthetically appealing, and everything we needed for the stay was provided. We only had to bring our clothes and our food.We especially enjoyed the lovely back porch, fire pit and hot tub in this cool fall weather.We are already thinking about our next trip and have recommended the property to friends and family.Yoli, our host, communicated clearly leading up to our reservation and all the logistics were easy to navigate.

The whole house was beautiful and very well kept. The hot tub was very nice to get into every evening. The size of the bathrooms and bedrooms were great. The only complaint was that the bedrooms upstairs were hot. Directions for leaving were very well explained. We loved our stay!

The house was beautiful!! The natural light was breathtaking! The space was very open and spacious but also allowed for privacy as well. The hot tub and the outdoor space was just as nice as the house. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect and clean.

This was our first time to Hot Springs and this home did not disappoint! We stayed here with our 4 young children and it was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Hot Springs. This is the most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in- coffee, toiletries, any kitchen items you may need, it was all there! The home is in a beautiful, peaceful setting and we enjoyed many fires around the fire pit making s’mores, time in the for tub, and enjoying coffee or wine on the expansive patio. My one recommendation would be to have some sort of shades on the windows, at least in the bedrooms. We traveled with our young kids and this would’ve been helpful with the morning sun. We appreciated the comfortable beds, baby gear being provided (high chair and pack n play), and overall clean and relaxing environment. Also, the home is in such a great location, about 7 minutes from downtown, and even closer to several trail heads. This home is hands down one of the best places to stay in Hot Springs, we hope to return one day!

This is a beautiful place to unwind and could be the vacation all on its own. We appreciated the proximity to Hot Springs; the secluded setting; cleanliness of the house; and how well stocked the kitchen was with coffee, cooking utensils, and spices. We wanted to get away, relax and reset our minds. This property allowed us to do just that. The atmosphere was perfect. It made decompressing from everyday life easy. Everything about the house was beautiful and the huge kitchen was an amazing perk. The hot tub made for relaxing nights. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We loved our stay here!! It was absolutely beautiful and we loved making freshly ground coffee with their coffee grinder. The property was beautiful and we spent so much time sitting on the porch watching the kids explore. We also saw a deer while we were there. This is our second time renting from the owner, our first time was in a different house but we loved it there as well!! Highly recommend renting this one!

We have stayed all over the country, and this is hands down the best property we have ever stayed at. The hosts went above and beyond providing anything a guest could ever need. The appliances, furniture, pillows, towels, things that hosts typically skimp on, were high quality. 11/10 would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
