Secluded Hamptons Cottage

The location was perfect for us, close to other family members we vacation with each year. The whole experience was enjoyable!

Colleen’s cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The wrap around porch amongst the trees was so calming. It is a great location, equally as close to Sag Harbor and Southampton town, plus all the quaint local restaurants on Noyac Rd. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a week to work and go to the beach. Perfect spot for both!

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 days in this Sag Harbor hideaway! While it's near a well-travelled road, the driveway is 700 feet long and we really felt like we were in the woods and close to nature. Also, there are some great markets and restaurants in the area. Close to both a bay beach and beautiful Cooper's Beach in Southhampton. We really were able to kick back and relax. Colleen was a pleasure to work with and made for a seamless time away.

First off, communication with owner was perfect. She promptly answered every question. Property is tucked away off a long driveway in the woods. It is elevated, plus being on a small hill, it truly did give the appearance of being in the trees. Inside was very clean and clutter free. Fireplace was easy to use and warmed us pretty well. The trip made us feel as if we were off Long Island. Would stay again.

My friends and I loved our stay for a girls weekend. The house had privacy but also convenient location. The kitchen had the essentials. Colleen the property manager was quick to respond to my questions. The house was super clean and spacious. The property was very well maintained. We hope to return again. Thank you!
