Secluded Family/Group Retreat with Mountain Views & private Pool or Hot Tub

Superb and thorough pre-trip instructions made our arrival a breeze. Beautiful kitchen well-stocked for all our cooking needs. Great gas grill put to good use. Spacious home with tons of activities for the kids in our group ages 3-13. Outdoor pool. Treehouse, Hammock and Fire pit and Game room all put to good use. Multiple dining areas inside and out. Gorgeous mater bedroom/bath. Incredible vistas of the Green Mountains! We loved this house and the helpful, friendly owners!

This is a beautiful location and the layout of the house lends itself perfectly for extended family get togethers. The view is 100% green mountains with no structures in sight and a clear line of sight to camel’s hump. The hostess clearly communicated and very responsive to any questions.

Sybille was a wonderful host, very communicative and genuinely eager to make sure we had a marvelous stay at Villa Ausblick. The house is AMAZING and provided everything we needed and more! I especially loved the children's playroom as it kept the grandbabies entertained and happy. We could not get enough of the fantastic views and the general splendor of the property. The amount of love and care the Kim's have put into this place shows in every detail. I highly recommend this spacious, comfortable, welcoming property for your stay. We definitely hope to return one day, perhaps during another season. I cannot thank you enough!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Villa Ausblick is! Outdoor pool, porch, frog pond, tree house, green Mountain View’s and sunsets, you name it. Inside there are so many opportunities to keep busy or relax inside with cozy couches, a beautiful fireplace and games for young and adults. We especially appreciated just how organized and well labeled the home was. It was a fabulous vacation spot and we hope to visit again! Thank you!

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Ausblick with our children and grandchildren. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed to make our stay a success. The pool was wonderful, the grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the views were spectacular. There was plenty to do for our 4 and 6 year old granddaughters and lots of space to be together or spread out as needed. The location was peaceful and secluded on the top of a ridge, yet was very close to grocery shopping, restaurants and historic Waterbury. We loved the area. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again should we have the oppportunity.

This is a large home that easily accommodated our extended family group. House has beautiful mountain views and is very well equipped. Pool and frog pond were popular with the kids. Sibylle is a pleasure to deal with.

We had a large family group including children, parents, and grandparents. The house worked out perfectly. Great set up, clean, well equipped, lots to do for the kids. The information provided was thorough and helpful. Kids loved the treehouse, frog pond, firepit, and especially the beautiful pool. Close to restaurants in Waterbury and Stowe.
