Endless Sunsets resides in the exclusive gated community of Secluded Dunes. The community sets at the very end of the developed property on the north end of Cape San Blas. Just a few doors to the north is seven miles of pristine undeveloped State land accessible by foot right along the beach or by car through the State Park. This hidden gem is not gulf front but enjoys amazing views of the gulf. Decks on both sides of the home allow for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails. Just a short walk back to the entry gate and you are on the community boardwalk to the beach.
The home is a delightful three bedroom and three and a half baths. You are greeted with a private pool abundant parking and an elevator for easy access to all levels. Level two is the living area with a large open concept living space. The large living room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas. A large deck is accessed by multiple sliding doors which always keeps the gulf within view. This level includes a queen bedroom with sunrise deck. The third level is a bedroom level with two gulf facing masters and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and entertainment space.
This quiet area of the Cape is in high demand. Choose this home if you desire the best value this exclusive area has to offer. The cost is only a short walk to the beach while the return is an area and beach to die for.
Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-five minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.
