We had an AMAZING time at this property!! Everything was clean, roomy and the views are beautiful!!! Our host, Amanda, went above and beyond to answer any questions and even helped us six Mississippi girls get out of the drive to get to the airport! We would 100% recommend this property!! We’ve stayed at many VRBOs, and this one has been our favorite. It was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From games and movies to kitchen supplies, extra blankets, and towels, every detail was taken care of.We spent each evening on the deck playing cornhole and enjoying the time together after a day of adventures.Communication was smooth, the home was spotless, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable.

We rented the property for our 45th wedding anniversary on June 9, 2025. We included our 3 grown children, 1 daughter-in-law and our 6 year old granddaughter. The property was in the most perfect setting with gorgeous views of the snow capped mountains, was very secluded, but in a neighborhood, 5-7 minutes to Ouray. I mean it was perfect for our needs.

This was an amazing property. The bedrooms were all huge, the beds were comfortable, the house was well cleaned, kitchen was stocked with everything you will need for cooking, and the patio was a great space for our evenings with stunning views. Highly recon’s s.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! We had a lot of fun with all the games that were provided. The views from the home were amazing. We even did a hike in the back along the creek. We were very impressed with the huge bedrooms and lots of living space for our entire family! They were very accommodating and even let us have an early check in time which was so appreciated!

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean. Furniture setup was great. TVs in every room. Deck was huge; we were out there every day. Kitchen could use a few larger frying pans and an extra spatula. Would love to book this home again!

The outside patio was the most enjoyable thing about this home, and I don’t want to forget the views! The location was great! Only thing I would complain about was needing to run clothes through 2 cycles in the dryer for them to be dry. Such an amazing home! I would stay here again.

Besides my husband and I there were 3 other couples with us on our vacation. We came up to jeep the trails in the area and this place did not disappoint. The description and pictures do not do this place justice. Our group has been vacationing for years together and usually stay in homes and this place was gorgeous! We have all decided this was the best place we've ever stayed in. The only problem we had was my husband started having knee trouble just before we came and the steps were a challenge as well as the was no walk-in shower. The master bathroom did have grab bars at the toilet and the garden tub. We will be back again and will stay here again!

It was my second time staying there, first time was with my family and loved it so much that I got some friends together for a weekend. Everyone loved the place and in fact one of the girls may book for her family vacation at some point. We wanted to mention that we did grill one evening and don't think the grill had been thoroughly cleaned for awhile because it smoked up pretty bad. After we finished grilling we took it apart and cleaned it very well, and it probably would be a good idea to have that done on occasion so they don't experience the flames and smoke that we did. We wanted to make sure the grill was cleaned well since a bear was seen in the neighborhood the previous day. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and hope to be back another time.
