'Seaspray' - Executives Personal Oceanfront Getaway!

As amazing as the pictures of this place are , they still don't do it justice. The moment you turn the corner from the carport to the front door, you're hit with this amazing view of the ocean and you get those same view throughout the house. The house is really clean, modern, and updated. They have pretty much everything you could need. If not there are 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes of the place. You have to experience this place to really understand how amazing it is. I felt terrible for turning on the tv, it was like nails on a chalkboard while we were watching the waves. The hosts (thank you!) were super communicative and helpful. Would absolutely come back again.

We loved our stay here. The ocean is visible from both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen was very functional. We enjoyed watching the stars on the clear nights, and lived being able to see whales, ospreys hunting, harbor seals fighting, and birds galore from the living room. The location is handy to town to pick up groceries or some dinner. Communication was great, too. Only negative mark is that the master bath room sink was clogged with someone else's hair when we arrived, and my husband cleaned it out. It did make me question the cleaning practices and how thorough it was. Also note that it's a no shoes house which is a challenge for me due to numerous foot issues. Overall, we loved our stay.

This home on a cliff is a little slice of heaven. Everything was beyond excellent. The view, the crystal-clear hot tub, the comfy beds, the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable furniture throughout the house, and Mindy, the owner's assistant, who was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay at Seaspray.

Everything was excellent. Stayed for 3 nights booked another 3 week stay for later in the year before we left. Wonderful property, excellent hostess. Can’t wait to come back. My only hesitation in giving such a glowing review is that someone might book it for when I want it!!!

The house is amazing! Wonderful hosts as well. The view from the spa is so relaxing and the beds were so comfy. No complaints! We’ll be back!

Jewel of the Pacific CoastWith ocean views from every window, and gorgeous sunsets, this home is amazing! Mindy was excellent at facilitating our trip and checkin was super easy. There is so much sightseeing available in the area or just spend the day watching the wildlife from the living room. We loved our stay so much, we can’t wait until we visit again!

We have stayed at 2 other homes within walking distance of Sea Spray and this home was our absolute favorite! We were greeted with a lovely card and wine from the owner upon arrival. We drove up from Los so we packed our car with so many supplies we thought we would need. This lovely home was so well appointed with supplies that we didn't need to unload our own supplies. We were so impressed with all the supplies provided, the bathrobes, the bedding and all of the kitchen items we needed. There was not one thing that we needed that Sea Spray didn't provide. The owner even had tons of books and games for his guests!We enjoyed meals on the nice patio table overlooking the ocean and we used the hot tub daily. Nothing beats t views of this home from both bedrooms and the living room. We went to sleep listening to the crashing waves and woke up to them too! We also walked to the St. Orres restaurant that we love. We even saw dolphins and were overjoyed when we saw a whale!We loved the home so much that we cle up so well to show our appreciation for the rental. We already want to book for next year and are anxiously awaiting the calendar to open! Joe, thank you for sharing your home. We understand this is a business for you, just like it is for all those who rent their homes. However, we could easily tell just how much you care to provide an enjoyable stay for your renters. Your home is a 10 out of a 10 and we cannot wait to enjoy it over and over again. Thank you so much!

This house is in the perfect spot and has the most amazing views. The home is lovely and comfortable. It has everything you’ll need for a fantastic stay. It’s close to some great restaurants and some great attractions. The best part is sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the scenery.

Beautiful location with an amazing view. Loved the way the house is layer out for easy viewing in all directions. My wife and I travel to the Mendo/Sonoma coast several times a year, this house is definitely in our top 5 out of 20 locations we have visited. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds….etc. great stay!

This home was so cozy and special--sitting right by the ocean, allowing for the waves to soothe us to sleep each night. Great location, and good communication throughout our stay. Mindy was so helpful pre and post trip.

It's just lovely. So well-laid out, pristine, quiet. You could not imagine a better ocean view. And all the reviews mentioning how well-stocked it is are true!

If you're looking to relax, admire the ocean, listen to the sound of the waves crashing, soak it in a hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk just 5 minutes to the beach, then, this is THE place for you.

This place has the WOW factor. The view from every room is spectacular. The beds were super comfy, kitchen so clean and well organized (loved the labels to make all easy to find), bathrooms roomy and loved the thoughtful items provided (bath poofs, non scented soap for sensitive skin, detergents to wash clothes). My favorite moments was early morning sipping coffee in recliner looking out at that view. Lots of great places for meals and great walking trails very close too. Hands down my new favorite place to stay!

Once in a while you hit the jackpot and rent the perfect property. For us this was it!We have been coming to the Mendonoma Coast for many years and have stayed in many nice rentals. Seaspray was nicely appointed, well maintained and the views were stunning. A cut above!

We completely enjoyed our stay at SeaSpray. Beautiful ocean front view with large windows, enjoyed the hot tub, well stocked kitchen, easy to find off of Hwy 1. Love that it's less than 5 minutes to Gualala. We had to drive to SeaRanch to go for dayhikes, but price is right and worth the tradeoff of being closer to town.

This home has everything! The views from inside the home as well as the outside decks are amazing. The home also has everything you need to cook, relax, be comfortable and cozy and enjoy the view. Property was excellent & we had great weather so we could sit outside each day. Cooked all our meals there with a great kitchen with all the cooking equipment you ever needed. Really enjoyed the recliners with views from all.

Great place and location. Only issue is that it appears, over time, that instructions are not being updated - means spending a lot of time getting set up. Also 15 controllers is just too many to master for a short visit. Super easy if you live there or for a long stay but like a cram course for 3 nights. Still home and view just can't be beat!

This place has so many wonderful details that makes your stay seamless. Thoughtful shower pouf and welcome Prosecco. Obviously the view is stunning, we spent a lot of time on the deck reading or just relaxing listening to the waves. I enjoyed the full chef’s kitchen as I enjoy cooking. It had everything I needed and then some!! The house was well stocked. Some rentals give you one roll of TP or towels. Not this place! Plenty of paper products and towels/washcloths. We only used the master bed, and it was very comfortable. Everything was well labeled so it was easy to use all the house remotes. We rent on vrbo several times a year and this is in my top houses of all time. We will definitely be back!

The home could not have been set up better and the view unbelievable!

The house and views are amazing! But you can see that from the photos. What you can’t see is the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge welcoming you, the iced glasses in the freezer, the well stocked pantry, the comfortable beds, the detailed information about the house and town. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this is in the top 5%! Great communication with owner. So looking forward to coming again. And we saw whales! Lots of them from the deck with breaches and tails. Our trip to Sea Spray was 11/10! My go-to for relaxation has always been Carmel. Not anymore. Gualala is pure unencumbered bliss! The home was spotless with every single amenity you could need. The views from the home are 180 degree ocean views. The quiet, safe cut-de-sac location let all of our cares melt away. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of gentle waves in the little alcove near the home were a lullaby and refreshing all at once. I cannot wait until I can go back. The property was clean and the view was unbeatable. The home had all of the required amenities for a relaxing getaway and I can’t get enough of how awesome the surrounding area is to explore and enjoy the community. Met several locals and they were all very welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a getaway that is relaxing and scenic I would highly recommend staying at Seaspray!

Upon arrival you realize just how special Sea Spray truly is! The views are captivating, the furnishings & decor is welcoming and the amenities are exceptional. So much thought is put into making your stay a wonderful one…extra towels, pillows, bathrobes, a well stocked kitchen and so much more. We found ourselves enjoying the beautiful calm mornings, the windy afternoons and the spectacular sunsets. Each evening we relaxed in the hot tub and slept to the soft sounds of the ocean. Our morning walks to Cook’s beach were a must; such a lovely beach. Thank you to the owners for sharing their magnificent home allowing us to make special memories in this little piece of paradise. Also, a big thank you to Mindy, the owners assistant, for the excellent communication and making our stay everything it could be and more.

Highly recommend

This is a very cozy, warm and beautiful house with amazing views of the ocean. The kitchen is really lovely as are the bathrooms. Unfortunately, I suffered a bad fall about a week before our visit and have a damaged leg and arm. If you have any mobility issues, the place is not ideal. To be fair, I didn't have mobility issues when I booked the place! There is a step stool to help get into the very high bed and grab bars in the shower. There are no hand holds of any kind on the hot tub which was still a wonderful experience, just not while getting in and out. It's a well equipped and beautiful place to stay and we recommend it!
