Stayed Sep 29, 2025Great location at the beach. Terrific view of the dunes and ocean and easy access to the beach. Easy access to Bethany beach and Ocean City for restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable. Alot of steps if thats an issue but we didn't mind. Well appointed kitchen, although we ate out. Will consider again.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location, with an easy walk to the beach and side views of the dunes/beach. Only issue was that the electronic code for the lock did not work. That is the only reason I gave the property 4 stars- otherwise it would be 5. I called Vacasa but ended up texting them for help. The response time between texts was not as quick as I would expect.

Stayed May 5, 2025My husband and 2 boys have went on an ocean vacation every year since our oldest was 10 months old he’s now 6 and we love this tradition. It was our first time at Fenwick Island but not our last. This location was 10/10

Stayed Sep 16, 2024This our second year renting the villa! We absolutely love it for the convenient access to the beach and the privacy it offers. The villa itself is always clean and the space is perfect for my family. We enjoyed our second year here and would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location. The two main bedrooms were very comfortable, the third floor bedroom was very stuffy with very steep stairs. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pans and dishes. Beach was wonderful and has easy access.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved this condo! Spacious, full of light, amazing views of Ocean! We especially loved to two tide pods left next to the washer/dryer for laundry needs☺️ So thoughtful☺️
