The Space:

The perfect family holiday villa, blends modern beachside style with comfort. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during summer and hold in the warmth with floor heating in all bedrooms and living areas.



The lower level provides 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, both with water views. The master bedroom features an ensuite and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a study desk, office chair and built ins.



On the top floor is the family bedroom, of course with a view. The family bedroom has a Queen bed. plus a Double/Single bunk bed, as well as its own ensuite and built in robes. Also on the top floor is another large family bathroom with separate toilet and bathtub. Next to this is a full laundry complete with washer and dryer.



Encompassing the kitchen, living and dining domains, the first floor delivers free-flowing and open social spaces. The kitchen has everything you need including an oven. microwave and dishwasher. There is great dining suite with a extendable table, that leads to the lounge area with a large smart TV.



The balcony leading off the living area is perfect for summer, overlooking the sailing boats and the occasional whales making their way up and down the Derwent. At the rear of the property off the kitchen, you can sit and relax in the beautiful, secluded garden.



We provide freshly laundered towels for each guest. Each bed has sheets, pillows and quilt. All linen is freshly laundered.

During your stay, you'll have the entire house at your disposal, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

Only a 10-minute drive from Hobart's city center, Casino, and Sandy Bay business hub, located on Sandy Bay Road. Leave your car behind and utilise Uber, taxis, or the regular bus service on Sandy Bay. On-site parking accommodates two cars, with additional free street parking, and garage access is available.



Sandy Bay, one of Hobart's premier suburbs, stretches along the picturesque River Derwent, boasting proximity to the University of Tasmania and Wrest Point Casino. Many properties in this area offer magnificent River Derwent views.



The suburb features its own shopping village, home to Coles, Woolworths, local shops, a quality butcher, and bakery. Major banks and a post office are also available. Sandy Bay offers an array of cafes, bars, and restaurants for your dining pleasure, all within a short drive from your accommodation.     Everything was good except the main bathroom could do with a shower in the bathtub. View from patio was amazing. Just let body corp know that the garden could do with a good tidy up too.

    Beautiful views from lounge area and one bedroom. Was a great place to stay with adult children. Also, cleaners were very honest, my son left his AirPods and these were found and returned - he was very grateful.
