Stayed Jun 24, 2025This property was a winner from the beginning! We had very good communication helping us tailor our stay to match our needs for our son’s wedding. Richard meet us when we arrived making sure we knew the property. He checked back in the next day making sure everything was good. This property is very well maintained and well suited for several couples to share.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Wonderful views of the bays and islands off of Branford. The house is clean, very spacious, and airy. The front entryway is through a utility room full of machinery and trash cans, but once you get in it's very nice. Helpful, courteous host.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Spent our annual multi-generational adult family gathering at this property which was a quiet, beautifully appointed home with a view of the Sound. The bird action was amazing, ospreys, egrets, cormorants, gulls, ducks, geese, it was an aviary delight! Comfy beds, quiet neighbors, and the sea air, we all slept well. Hoping to come back for more! Stayed Jun 24, 2023We loved everything about this property and the neighborhood AND the neighbors! There was a wedding next door upon our arrival date and they invited us to partake in some of the festivities like the fresh oyster bar! It was straight out of a movie. Other than that night the neighborhood was calm and serene with a nearby beach we used to launch our kayak rental. The property manager Rich showed us around on the first day and was available for anything we needed. 5 bathrooms was an unexpected bonus for our large group. Wish there was more lounge seating but the large couch was super comfortable. Would def stay here again.
