Seaside Retreat w/ Private Beach Landing!

Small quaint beautiful home, quiet and relaxing.

The hot tub had dirt in itThe kitchen had rusted old teflon and nothing to boil water with but rusty old teapot. We requested replacements and received sone although no pan was given for basic cookong. It smelled like mold

The sunrises were beautiful and the house was charming.

The house was absolutely adorable—cozy, clean, and stocked with everything I needed, from cooking pans and plates to towels and other essentials. It's tucked away a good distance from the main road, which made it feel peaceful and secluded. The view of the water was beautiful and made for a perfect backdrop. I had to work while there and found the internet to be fast and reliable. As a bonus, the property is dog-friendly, and a couple of very sweet neighborhood dogs stopped by to say hello. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Fantastic Ladies Weekend!!!! Cutest house on the most beautiful spot! Smooth communication with management company. House was clean and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Hot tub was clean and hot!!! Outdoor shower was perfect with hot hot water and great water pressure.!! Very Dog friendly remote space to roam and neighbors dogs were friendly! I did not want to leave.

We will be back!! From the stunning views, cleanliness of the house, location & communication with the host there is nothing bad to say. Nestled in a private space, but also very close to restaurants, beaches/attractions. House & hot tub was spotless. My husband and I celebrated a 'mini' honeymoon here and we will absolutely be back! Communication with the host was flawless- responded quick & timely - we really had no problems, but when we had a question about the TV they helped us trouble shoot & offered to send someone to help us. If I could give this more stars than 5 I would. Thank you for having us!

Great house and stay! Best suited for one family or two couples max due to only one bathroom. But great cozy house

Great location! Adorable house! Love the Calder note-I’m an artist! Communication was very prompt an informative. Hot tub views and outdoor shower were a definite awesomeness! We love the TV situation too-now I want a fancy one like that.

The house was very charming with beautiful views and great water access for kayaking or paddle boarding (which the propery provided). Only downside was the house didnt have beach chairs or towels. Not a problem if you bring your own, but we didnt.

Great spot. 2 miles from Nauset Light and Coast Guard beach. Spend the $60 for the beach pass. Marconi is about 10 min up the road as well. Beach walks with the puppy daily. Seals everywhere :) We had an awesome vacation. The property was good. Cleaning crew was mediocre at best but everything else was great! The kayaks were nice to have as well.

The setting at the water, kayaking to nauset beach - AMAZING! The house itself is smaller than it looks online. It def has a quirky charm to it - as a couple staying alone we loved it. But it is a high price for the size and condition.
