Seaside Retreat is currently undergoing a full renovation to include all new flooring, new fixtures, new furnishings, and new appliances. It is to be decorated similar to one of our other vacation homes, Ocean Overlook. Available starting late June 2026. Color renditions and finished photos to follow. This is an excellent opportunity to visit Sandbridge and stay at this newly-renovated, semi-oceanfront vacation home.

Seaside Retreat boasts 4100 square feet and 8 bedrooms (4 on the first floor and 4 on the second floor) each with it's own attached bathroom. Seven bathrooms have showers and one bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is also a half bath on on second level. The laundry room is on the lower level. You will find plenty of space to relax and an abundance of activities to keep everyone busy. Beach access is a short distance from the home.

Outdoor Amenities: In-ground swimming pool, covered pavilion with ping pong table, corn hole, outdoor shower, chaise loungers and other seating, and fenced yard
