Perfect vacation home in Tampa - Spacious, supplied everything we needed and more! From pool floaties, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods/ lures, soaps, wine! And our own private dock which we were luck to catch 4 different types of fish! The location was central to many of our excursions and our family had a wonderful time. Thanks again for hosting

Easily one of the best properties I’ve stayed at for a short term rental. The owner was extremely communicative prior to check in and while the hot tub was left in service mode when we got there, the pool guy came to fix it within an hour of sending a message to the host. The house itself was impressively stocked with everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back.

The property was located on a beautiful canal. The house was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed seeing a couple of dolphins a manatee and plenty of fish! The spa and pool were both very welcomed after a days work. The kayaks provided us with a great way to explore the canal we paddled out to the bay. Our fur babies also enjoyed their time! The host was wonderful and took care of any and all questions immediately!!! Will be back for another stay!

Nice layout of the home including the pool/spa, nice neighbors, 25 mins to downtown or Ybor… pretty sunrise and sunsets. It’s close to the coll

Property is very nice to stay at and in a wonderful secure felt community. The only gripe i had was the location of the BBQ which is stored in the garage at front of house. Was told by owner i could move to the back but to please return to the garage (after every use!)..ugh,never bothered to move it to the back. So i got to see and wave at a lot of neighbors as they drove by looking at me on the driveway BBQing..lol got use to it! ..i guess no big deal!.. my suggestion is to have it by the pool on the small deck right outside the lanai which is more convenient to the kitchen with a cover to put over it after every use. Everything else was Awesome!

Everything was exactly as described. Communication with property host was top notch. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The pool was wonderful and in top working order. Location was great to Tampa/ Sarasota/St. Pete.
