Five beautifully appointed bedrooms provide ample space for up to 11 guests. Each room is designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush bedding and private en-suite bathrooms. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean.

Enjoy the ultimate in relaxation with a private spa and a fire pit on the deck, perfect for evening gatherings. The property also includes a BBQ grill, allowing you to savor the flavors of the coast.

PARKING: 2 Cars (2 Car Carport; Tandem)

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    The location was fantastic and we all loved it. But the condition of the home was not as great.     We had absolute great stay. Everything was very clean and spacious. You cant beat the views. Loved our morning coffees over looking the Ocean and surfers. It was nice to be in walking distance to so many different eating establishments. We will definitely come back again.

    My family and I were celebrating my husband’s retirement and our 38th wedding anniversary. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We loved the view, the proximity to the beach, and the general Zin atmosphere of the community. We highly recommend!

    The location is great, within easy walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, a liquor store, etc. And amazing views atop a ~75’ bluff with surfers every morning and dolphins every morning and evening to watch. The home is a bit older, overall in good condition, just a few little things primarily outside such as glass wall panels that have fallen out of alignment, some holes between the ground and wall especially where the putting green is (luckily no golf balls went down them), and the green is worn and very uneven with a couple soft sink holes. Nothing that would stop us from staying again though. Only frustrations is the parking lane is so narrow I couldn’t pull in all the way if I wanted to open my truck door, and the beach access immediately next door that would as stated in the ad has been closed for 4 months so we had to drive a couple miles away to get to the beach.
