Stayed Sep 9, 2023we enjoyed our stay, loved the porches where we could look out onto the ocean--kitchen was well-equipped. we had 2 problems, no instructions on getting into the cottage which had more than one door and more than one key and the downstairs TV had 3 remotes but no instructions on how to locate channels. Since everyone wanted to watch Sunday football and the rental office was not open on Sunday we resorted to the upstairs TV.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Awesome location right on the beach! Only complaint would be that the neighbors kept us up past midnight a couple of the nights which is what you get when renting a duplex, but other than that it was great!!

Stayed Apr 15, 2022Highly recommend this property. It was very clean and recently updated. Excellent location with spectacular views from upper and lower decks. Beds are all extremely comfortable and rooms are spacious. Beach towels and beach chairs are the only items I would suggest as needed additions.
