Seaside 3BR for 8 with Putting Green by Del Monte

Two kitchen stove buttons are not working

Arrived to property at 10pm after a long travel day to find the property had not been cleaned after last tenants. Dirty sheets and bedding and dirty bathrooms. Kitchen sink blocked and kitchen not clean. Despite 24/7 support advertised it was not. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and wash the bedding and towels ourself. Zero assistance or response. Terrible customer service.

The house was very cute, and fit our needs as couple staying for our anniversary perfectly. Loved the location as well!

House was nice and clean, wish it was closer to the beach but overall the location was good.

WE used it more as an overflow for a reunion, so didn't take advantage of many amenities. But it worked out fine, close to the main VRBO.

This property is exactly as listed. The only thing I don't think I read correctly is that the third bedroom has a futon. We all loved the home and had an excellent stay. Will definitely stay again if available!

It was a convenient location and the size of the place fit our needs. But the place had a pretty big infestation of ants- it started in the master bathroom (we probably killed 40-50 ants and had to keep everything out of it). We left for the day and thought we had properly stored all food items in the kitchen but when we came home, the ants had moved into the kitchen and managed to get into our sealed boxes and we had to throw away food we had bought for the trip. I have called the management company, Grand Welcome Vacation Rentals, 4 times and sent messages to them and they still haven't gotten back to me about reimbursement for the lost groceries. But they have emailed me to leave a review- go figure. Additionally, the master bath sink wouldn't drain so we had to call maintenance out, we weren't given enough wash clothes for the number of people we told them would be there and the ones they did provide had big stains on them. Even with the convenient location, I would not stay here again.

We had an awesome vacation here. The kids loved the mini golf in the backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous house. It was perfectly located for us. Close to everything. Property was incredibly clean and well thought out. We will definitely stay here again next time we are racing at Laguna Seca.

We enjoyed the location which offered quick drives to everywhere we wanted to go. Our teens loved the putting green in the backyard.

Great location and quality home stay experience. Only stayed for 2 nights but found the house to be really suitable for our needs.

This was a wonderful property and was perfect for our family. We were very impressed with the property and enjoyed our stay. The location was great.

We loved the backyard and the proximity of the house to all the amazing local attractions. 10 to 15 minutes to Cannery Row, Carmel and just a little further to Point Lobos. We visited Santa cruz as well. Great central spot to see all the beautiful scenery

Property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises.

House was spacious & had everything we neededfor our family of 5. Short drive to Monterey Cannery Row Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit outside on the porch in the mornings.

Property was beautiful. Only problem was the check in process. I was given instructions on how to get into house and did not work. Every number that I tried to call to get ahold of on how to help said. “ this number does not except phone calls” kinda of a red flag at first. Was sitting outside the house for about 30 minutes until I believe the owner gave me the right code to get in. Once we were in everything else went smoothly. Also the master bathroom sink was clogged/ slow draining

Lovely home in a great location; quiet neighborhood with short drive to Cannery Row, Aquarium, beaches, etc. Excellent communication with management team.

Everything was clean and nice. We had indicated that there would be 6 people including 2 children. Couldn’t find the extra sheets until the second day. able to borrow from our son who lives in Seaside Communication with staff was easy and quick.

House is in a good location for what we wanted to do. Minor things we noted: Would have spent time on the patios, but they were full of cobwebs and had not been cleaned. Lots of weeds in the back. The step from the kitchen to the garage is very tall, and not very safe. Remote in the guest room was not working. Could use more teaspoons in the kitchen. Major thing I did not like was Superhog. That created some problems. I hope Grand Welcome fixes that issue.
