In Seaside Proper, 'Sealink', 4 Houses from Beach, Gulf View

This place was awesome!!! And Patricia was amazing to work with. She communicated with me clearly and in advance. She was even available throughout our stay which helped when I had a couple of questions. The beach toys and accessories were so helpful with our little kiddos! And the sleeping arrangements were perfect for a young family. We could all be comfortably on the second level in the two rooms. It also helped having bathtubs to bathe little ones after using the awesome outdoor shower to rinse off. The porch was dreamy and we were steps to the beach access. Washer dryer was super easy to use as were kitchen appliances and the grill. It was nice to find salt and pepper and a few other things already there which helped us when grocery shopping not to have to buy all that! Our family travels to seaside every year and as we drove away my husband and I said we hope to stay in Sealink again!

On our visit to SeaLink and Seaside, we found the area to be quite lovely. It was our first trip to the east of Destin, and our time of travel was apparently before the busy season. SeaLink's owner is well organized, and easy to communicate with via phone or text and the house is well set up. There is a very complete binder which provides clear information and directions for the house and the area, which was quite helpful for our first trip. On arrival, there were lovely fresh flowers, and a bit of coffee, and a few other things that were helpful to have initially, before we could access the grocery store. There is a well stocked Publix close by and we found everything we needed for our stay there. The screened in porch dining area and swing were favorite spots, for reading and meals. Unfortunately contractors for TWO adjacent houses were constructing extensive wood outdoor walkways so the sound of circular saws and power nailers for 6 days was not exactly a pleasant vacation atmosphere. It was quiet before 7:30 am and after 6pm. The Seaside community is a fun area to visit. It has dining areas, a number of pools, and an exercise facility, which although it doesn't have a Pelaton, does have a decent bike in good repair. We found the selection of exercise equipment to be suitable and well maintained. The beach area was closed for 3 days due to storms, so we took advantage of the many areas for shopping that are not too far away.

Our spring break stay at Sealink was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Diane and Steve were exceptional hosts—they went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute needs, making us feel truly cared for. The house itself was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with every imaginable amenity. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Sealink. The house is charming and the location is ideal. Diane was very helpful and kept in touch to see if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. My 4 year old grandson fell in love with the beach and can't wait to go back to our beach house.

What a gem of a beach house! We had four adults and two children (ages 2 & 5), and everything was flawless. What we loved: bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys are all provided which made packing a breeze! You're 4 houses to the beach, four houses from the pool and just a quick walk into town or Watercolor - truly the perfect location. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the front porch and our afternoons and sunsets in the lookout tower that provides tremendous views of town and the ocean. The beds and furniture were comfy, and we had everything we needed when we wanted to cook in. Communication with Diane was amazing. She covers every detail so you know exactly what to expect and is very quick to reply! For example, the wagon broke and she graciously replaced it the next day. Talk about customer service. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Odessa St. is a dream. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible trip and stay at Sea Link. It’s such a cool house and in a perfect spot - just a couple houses from the beach access and a couple houses from the pool, walking distance to both Watercolor and Seaside. The home itself is so cool, lots of charm but with all the amenities to make staying there comfortable. I would recommend this stay to anyone, 10/10.

We all loved Sealink! The house is beautifully decorated and had a very coastal feel! The colors are very pretty. The house just makes you happy!! Everywhere you look there is a unique decoration! The house is in a perfect location close to the beach. FThis is definitely one of the prettiest houses we have stayed in! The owner, Diane, is so nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We will definitely stay at Sealink again!!
