Great little house just minutes from Monterey! Clean home with new updated appliances, and a charming backyard. Worked great for us! Owner was very responsive and communication was encouraged. Very positive experience for our family of 6.

A lot more than a cottage! The photos really don’t do this property justice. 2br/1ba, with plenty of public space for a relaxing stay. - The living room is good sized with a working wood burning fireplace (host even put out some Duralogs for us). - Kitchen has plenty of space for cooking with a large fridge (super clean), and most everything you would need to cook a family meal. Also had a blender, Keurig, tea kettle, etc. Kitchen includes a small dining area big enough for four or so. - Backyard is amazing! The landscaping is beautiful, and the yard has plenty of space and includes a new propane BBQ. We rented the property Easter weekend, so the backyard was perfect egg hunting. Enough parking for 2 cars in the driveway, and there’s also a gravel area outside the front gate that could accommodate a 3rd. This was also the most immaculately clean property I’ve ever stayed in. The host was very kind and responsive, and honest. We would love to stay here again sometime!

It was indeed a charming cottage, has everything a family need (and more!) for a short stay. We were there for a month and were comfortable with the house, the location and the nearby amenities! Check in and check out was smooth, owner was easily contactable for queries throughout. Would definitely recommend to stay!

The owner was always available, although we didn't need much because we had everything needed for our stay. We had never stayed at a place that was so well stocked!

Overall, our stay was great and exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor area is beautiful, ideal for grilling, dining, lounging, etc. Only minor issue is that internet is slow and we tried to do some work that required more bandwidth. We managed through hotspot at the end but had to go to Starbucks a few times.

Wonderful place. Clean, huge backyard, lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the cottage for 4 days. It was the perfect house for 3 adults and an infant. We had plenty of space and the backyard is beautiful. Our baby loved looking at all the plants. It only took 10-15 minutes to drive into Monterey and about 20 minutes to get to Carmel. Very convenient location. Clean. Would certainly stay again.

Great stay, beds were not overly comfortable but all else was good and we enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We would stay there again.

We LOVED this home. It was immaculate, and the backyard is amazing. It’s the perfect place to relax.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The backyard was my favorite place to hangout. The garden is gorgeous. Would love to visit again
