Second tome we rented the place and still as cozy and well maintained. Great house right at the beach

I highly recommend this place to any family looking to enjoy an amazing weekend in a perfect house with an excellent location. We only have good things to say about how everything was handled, the quality of the house, and its great location.

Love how close the beach is to the back porch! Another huge plus is the convenient shower to wash off before heading inside the house. The house is very spacious open with lots of views love the additional deck up top so you can wake up and also enjoy the view even on the second floor. we will be back host was very responsive. We had Melissa and she was great and very quick to respond

Location and just steps to the beach was perfect. Upon arrival, we found all toilet seats so loose you couldn't use. My husband had to tighten the seats. The kitchen sink faucet was broken. Contacted maintenence and he arrived promptly and replaced the faucet.The refrigerator had a broken tray. Maintenence was aware. Based on the price of the property, expected better quality appliances. The refrigerator and dishwasher should be replaced. We had issues with Wi-Fi. Supposedly had 5G but all we could connect to was 2G.The tub tile touching bathtub area needs a good cleaning, and lots of crumbs were between stove top and counter. The maintenence person was awesome, check in and access easy, location beach front was great. The advertised price isn't accurate on all the additional fees added. Enjoyed our stay, regardless.

The layout was perfect for us. The bunk bed room is upstairs alone. The main floor has two bedrooms on each side with bathrooms in between. We did not hear anything from our side. The house was clean. Porches were perfect. Both shady, lower one huge and upper one cozy. It is shame they have to tether the chairs so tightly that they can't be arranged - especially upstairs where the chairs should be more centered for view purposes. Kitchen was large but needs a new large pot (it's warped badly from being burned), clean potholders (old ones don't appear to be clean), faucet replaced (loose), and newer/reliable fridge.

We had three generations family trip. The house was perfect!

We had a wonderful week at Seashore Retreat. The house was pristine and the beds were so comfy! We couldn't ask for a better location right on the beach with our own access from the house!! When we arrived there was only one very small Mr. Coffee machine and we knew that wasn't going to work for 12 people so I called the office and in a few short hours they brought us a brand new Keurig. All that to say, the host was wonderful to work with. We're already booked to come back next year!!

This was our third year visiting this wonderful property that is perfect for families - the layout and proximity to the beach are just perfect and the house had everything we needed- check-in was super easy and responses to any questions were very prompt - we are booking again for next year already !

Super cute and right on the beach! Very clean and had lots of pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is super convenient and you cannot beat the view and ease of getting to the beach/water. The setup of the house is really nice with 4 bedrooms on the main floor, with 2 full bathrooms and then an upstairs loft with an additional bedroom and full bathroom; so there’s lots of space. The back porch is fully enclosed so it was safe to let our dog come and go from the house without worry of her running off. Melissa, our local contact, was very responsive and quick to act on the few small issues we encountered. Very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again if the circumstances work themselves out.

Great place if you love the sea like we do. Very nice house and the beds were great which is not always a given. For sure a place we will book again

Perfect house for a quick spring break trip with the family. House has a great deck to watch sunrise, super comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax at night. Beach is less than 25 steps and a few stairs out the back door, which makes it so easy if you need to run back and grab something. Will definitely come back, as we love Topsail!

The location was perfect! Perfect view, perfect layout of the home, perfect distance to the beach!

Located in front of the beach it was the perfect place for our family Xmas gathering; we had all we needed to have a wonderful Xmas time. Betsy - the host - was phenomenal. We would definitely go back.

This home was a perfect location and setup for our family reunion. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, and the layout was perfect for children and adults to have plenty of room and privacy, and space to be together. The house is clean, well-maintained, and is just steps from the beach. We would definitely rent this location again, and also recommend Betsy as a host.

The house was very clean and perfect for our family. I loved how it was literally steps to the beach - no big dunes to climb over or down. Beautiful views.

This is our second year staying at this property. It works well for our family of 5 adults, ranging in age from 35 to 89! The bedrooms are comfortable and there are multiple places inside and out to gather or be solitary. The home is nicely stocked with start-up items. Bring a 9x13 dish, if you need one - we were surprised there was not one. Also, there was a blender but it was not on the listing so we brought our own.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SeaShore Retreat. Our host provided all the necessary information prior to our arrival. When we arrived, house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and then some. Location can not be beat! Close to restaurants, shops, and 30 steps from the beach. We will definitely be back! Highly Recommend this place!
