The place was just as advertised. It had all the necessities and was very clean. The manager was very accommodating and responsive. I’d definitely rent here again.

We were only staying for 2 months due to my house being renovated. We needed another month and the owner accommodated our needs. We were so grateful for being able to stay longer. The house is so nice. It was clean and you can’t beat the location.

By far the best property we have stayed at so far! Management company communicated everything upfront with every possible detail. The only issue we experienced was a low battery in a smoke detector the first night. However, the management company responded to my text immediately the next morning. I was able to find a battery at the property to solve the issue. So not a complaint at all. House is nice and open, very clean, and quite comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and in the perfect location to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The pool was the perfect size for our family and we spent much of our time in the pool. Would definitely recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises!

Overall great location, nice neighborhood, easy bike ride or walk to Vanderbilt beach. Also very quick car ride to whatever you need. Well equipped kitchen, loved that there was a Keurig. Only suggestion would be a baking sheet or pan. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. We enjoyed the use of the bikes although one has a flat tire and needs repaired. We loved the layout of the house and loved the pool. It woud have been nice to have a patio set with a table but we made due. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning drinking our coffee. I was a little concerned that this was a pet friendly property as someone who doesn't have inside pets but was pleased with the cleanliness of the house. There was a little odor in the back bedroom, we think from the closet. My wife bought a plug in we used during our stay which helped. Our biggest complaint was the Nest thermostat. We felt like we couldn't keep the temp where we like it especially during sleep. I understand some controls there when the house is not occupied but it would default to 75 degrees at different times and at night that was uncomfortable for us, especially in the main bedroom. The reason for 4 stars on communication raring is I asked a question before I booked and it was never answered. The only reason overall stay is not 5 stars is due to the thermostat. We love this area and the beaches. We would stay here again.

The property was as advertised, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The only negative was the communication. Had to call multiple times and never got a response about early check in. We were pleasantly surprised there were beach towels, bikes and chairs but would have loved to know this in advance. Also would have been great to know there was no soap for the bathroom. We were charged a pet fee and did not bring a pet. In my experience with VRBO the communication has always been excellent so this experience was disappointing.

Pros: place was very clean and nice house. Good for dogs. Cons: kinda miffed that check in is so late (5:00). When we arrived one of the smoke alarms was chirping. Really? Like the cleaning people hadn’t heard that? Took a while to figure out which one as it would only chirp once every minute. Called and texted the property manager and no response until the next day when we texted AGAIN. Good thing it was nothing serious. When he did call he complained that they deal with a lot of properties and are very busy. I guess they bit off more than they could chew then. Fixed it myself. Stayed at a lot of these… first time there was not shampoo in the showers. Make sure you bring some. Neighborhood was OK and safe… just one of those where they jammed too many homes too tightly together than they probably should. Neighbors are very close and the streets are very narrow. Not sure I’d stay again… the property managers very late response that they are over worked really bothered me. What if something really serious was wrong when we got there?

The property has been renovated tastefully with all the modern day updates. Neighbors are super friendly. Very close to the beach
