SeaQuest West is a bright and cheerful vintage beach cottage, perfectly located on the 2nd row, with picturesque views of the ocean, and a public beach access located directly across the street! The spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with beautiful inspirations of the sea. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you would need for cooking delicious homecooked meals.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the first floor, and is complete with a Queen bed and a TV, and shares the downstairs full hall bath (shower only). The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom #2 is complete with a Full bed and a Twin bed, ceiling fan, TV, and shares the upstairs full hall bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #3 is complete with 1 Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and shares the upstairs full hall bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full private bath (shower only).

After your day on the beach, wash away the salt and sea in the outdoor shower.     We had a wonderful, relaxing week in this house. Would definitely stay again. Great location and beach access Clean & comfortable Spacious and good layout Very well stocked kitchen equipment Nice decor Listing said BR3 had two twin beds but it had a queen. Worked ok but would have preferred twins. Dryer didn’t dry well and no privacy between decks. Neighbor with noisy dogs and kids. A partition/shade of some sort would be nice.

    The location and proximity to beach access was amazing. House is spacious and enjoyed having 3 full baths. Spacious bedrooms as well. Overall great experience.

    We had 8 of us there and fit very comfortably. The beach acces is right across the street. We would recommend the owners supply a gas grill for BBQ ing. The one thing that we have a problem is waiting 45 days for them to refund the deposit! So we'll continue the review once we get that back.

    First, the photographs do not do this place justice. The photographs do not adequately show the dilapidation of this place. The place should be razed. Please note that the front steps have a 2 to 3 degree slope to the left creating an extremely dangerous entrance into the property. Once in the home, there are over 5 spots in the floor that the only thing keeping one from falling through the floor is the interlocking vinyl tile. The showers are extremely dangerous as they are very slick. The walls and ceilings have peeling paint. These are just a few issues. Second, the description of the place is inaccurate. Yes, it is on the second row from the beech. Yes, there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. However, other than that, that is all that is correct. No where in the description does it write the beds are unmade with the bed linens being placed between the front door and the screen door. No where in the description does it write the renter has to bring his/her own towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels. When we arrived, the kitchen was in disarray. There was no order to the cabinets. In addition, there are no water glasses. It appeared there was no housekeeping between guests as we had to vacuum and clean up from the previous guest(s). The listing does state there is a grill. However, once we found the grill, if you can call it a grill barely fitting two steaks on it, we had to clean the grill from previous usage(s). The toilet seat in the upstairs master did not have any bolts holding the seat to the toilet. The shower in the shower/tub bathroom located upstairs does not work. The screens are literally hanging on by a strand of wire. Lastly, let us focus on the management group, Proactive. Once this place is booked, you will receive a rather lengthy description of items that the renter should not do and should do, the contract. The contract basically places all responsibility of anything on the renter and nowhere else. We brought the issues to Proactive in a timely manner with the representative stating that they are stuck between the middle not being able to offer any assistance. Wait. Proactive did mention we could move to another facility. However, there would be additional fees required to move. Before we could checkout properly, we had to clean the toilets. How many places have you rented before whereby you have to clean the toilets before you leave. I thought we paid a housekeeping fee for this to be completed. BEWARE! DO NOT RENT!
