Seagull 2 - 4 Bdrm waterfront house with private dock

The dock and swim area were fantastic. Easy check-in and quick communication from the host with questions. Plenty of space for gatherings. All kitchen appliances worked without issue. We rented a pontoon and it easily fit in the larger boat slip. A few minor cleanliness things/damages/issues that are typical of rentals. For example cheap sheets on bedding, shower drain in master was slow to drain, there was a small tear/hole in the lily pad, air conditioning was ice cold in some bedrooms while the main room was noticeably warmer. Would definitely recommend, and would stay at the same location again.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Home was clean and spacious. Location is amazing! We enjoyed spending time on the dock with our family, swimming, fishing and relaxing. Boat rental was within walking distance which was very convenient for pick up and drop off. Our only suggestion would be in upgrading or adding essentials within the home. Some of the things we found missing or in dire need of replacement are hand soap in bathrooms, dish towels and sponge (used a washcloth initially, then went and bought at dollar store), spatula for cooking was cracked (had a difficult time cooking). Cleanliness of house was very good but Keurig coffee maker was very dirty and needed descaling. I had to scrape with kitchen knife to clean prior to using. I restate that we had a wonderful time and will consider going back as the location and space of home was excellent. These are merely suggestions that would raise the rating of my stay from good to excellent.

Beautiful house on a quiet cove. The dock is perfect for afternoon swims and playing in the water.

Great Location and Quiet area

House was great and so are the docks! Love the dive ladder!

We had a great time. The only downside of the property was not having an outdoor deck on the main level. But everything else about the property met our expectations. This was a nice quiet cove that our kids loved swimming in.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean, in a great location on a quiet cove just off the main channel and across from Margaritaville. Boat rental right at the end of the cove also. The teens loved the kayaks and diving platform. Would return again next week if we could!

This place was excellent well maintained and exactly what we needed and were looking for. We will definitely be trying to book this property again this year and next year. We have stayed all over the lake and this is in our top 3 for sure. Property manager company was great to work with super friendly and quick responses. Do not hesitate to stay here. Dock was nice and handled our boat well.
