Stayed Jun 28, 2025Cute little house. Lacks some kitchen amenities, TVs would have been nice in rooms, cleaners did not do very well-we went behind and swept, mopped and disinfected. The house overall very nice, cute and would stay again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025superb beachfront and ocean/bay views. Situated exactly in the middle between the tip of South Topsail shopping area and the Surf City pier. Bike access to both. The property itself is a lovely house that appears recently renovated, updated. Very clean, comfortable. No odors. Quiet home, quiet beach which is not at all crowded. No cell service in the home. Wifi speed needs to be better. Any streaming even of just music (we did not use tv) was challenging. Other than that, we loved it! Would absolutely return,

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Great location and beautiful inside! Wish that there would be more kitchen utensils (barely enough for a family of 4), a small vacuum for helping clean up sand, and a toaster. Not deal breakers, but just would’ve made the stay a little nicer. We would definitely rent here again as the beds were comfy and it was private even when on the main deck.
