Sea-side house with private pool in SeaPines resort

The house was in a good area in proximity to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The space was amazing for our family - older kids had their own room & bathroom. And the bunk room was spacious enough for teenagers sharing that each had their own space. The master bedroom was also large & fit our sons pack & play & all of his medical equipment with room to move. We had an issue with the toilet handle breaking /messing up & didn’t think something so minor would be fixed so quickly. The communication was quick & it was fixed in less than 12 hours. While we did enjoy the pool it is covered by trees most of the day & only 2 chairs available sun bathing was challenging. Another challenge were the rugs covering all of the main areas of the home & walking area. Shoes aren’t permitted in the house (per the house rules) & the rugs hurt our feet to walk on, so I went out & bought house shoes for everyone. That solved the problem for the adults & teenagers, however, my son who crawls struggled to get around. Overall we had an amazing 10 days & loved our stay. Just a few things we wish could have been different, definitely recommend if the things above aren’t a big deal for you!

We had a private chef one evening for our trip and he enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The whole house was so relaxing. I highly recommend.

House is very nice and clean, location is great, close to everything. Our group of 6 adults and 3 children 3,10,13 had a great time doing beach days and dinning out. I would come back again

The house itself was beyond our expectations – spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home.The pool was absolutely amazing, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and fun after a day out. The backyard was quite and private. You can tell the host really tried hard to ensure a great vacation for us. It is not easy to manage such a property. We also loved that the house is nestled inside a beautiful resort.The location was ideal for us. Being near to the beach was a huge plus, and the convenience of a beach shuttle just a few steps away from the house made getting there incredibly easy. Really enjoyed biking frequently to the beach, Harbor Town, and the forest preserve, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to explore the beautiful surroundings whenever we wished.Beyond the fantastic amenities and location, the house was very clean and incredibly well-appointed. Every detail seemed to have been thought of, from comfortable furnishings to all the necessary conveniences, there are many shops within 10 mintues, making our stay effortless and enjoyable.We couldn't have asked for a better vacation experience and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a pristine, relaxing, and perfectly located getaway. We can't wait to return!

Excellent home in Sea Pines for our trip and really enjoyed the central location, easy to access and close to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable bedrooms, large bathrooms, and a kitchen. We ran into a few issues that impacted the overall experience. The biggest was the pool, the main reason we chose this property. It wasn’t ready upon our arrival. We contacted the host right away, but since it was late in the day, the pool company wasn't reached until the next morning. Although we were sent a report stating it had just been serviced, that didn't match what we saw. The pool was shocked and unusable for a full day, and due to our plans the next day and a second round of shocking, we had limited time to enjoy the pool. Our last full day, we planned to swim but the pool company came back to shock/clean again. They were flexible when we asked them to come back later so our child could swim, which appreciated, but better coordination with the company and host would have made a big difference prior to our arrival. Also, we were told with less than 24 hours’ notice that the home would be softwashed. Though the crew didn’t come inside, the bleach smell was strong, and with no window coverings in back, privacy was a concern. We left for breakfast to avoid it, but earlier notice would have been appreciated. Overall the house is lovely and great location. With better communication and timing, this could be an excellent rental.

Very clean, lots of space, easy to make meals, great location, and super helpful owners.

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds along with all furniture was super comfortable.It was a great midway point to do and see everything we wanted to.Such a joy to enjoy a little wild life and a family of deer would visit mist mornings.Would highly recommend
