Sea Shell 14 - Amazing remodeled townhouse with lots of amenities!

Loved this property. My friend group and I were in town for a funeral and we were so grateful to come home after a sad day to comfortable couch and a nice environment to unwind in. I am also very impressed with Resort Rentals, we had a friend arrive early and they were able to allow us an early check in time. As well, there was roofing construction being done to the property, I did write an email with a complaint and received a phone call within 10 minutes to explain the situation in depth and the issue was resolved that day. Thank you to Resort Rentals for allowing us a comfortable stay

Condo was very nice, updated, nice kitchen, had multiple unexpected amenities such as beach wagons, chairs, etc. Pool was extremely warm, but I guess most are in the summer in Florida.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Shell 14. The unit was a nice size and on the inlet and a very short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts and balls. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. We enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee. We did call Resort Rentals as we struggled to get into the garage. They were incredibly responsive. We all agreed we'd stay here again on a future trip.

We loved our stay! Close to the beach. Access to heated pool. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. It was clean, well-decorated, well-stocked with kitchen utensils, extra towels, beach stuff, etc. Property management was readily accessible and responsive. Great place for our young family! We would stay here again!

What an amazing property! Very nice and clean! Nice layout and bedding was so comfortable, everyone slept well! Conveniently located right across street to beach access and they provided everything for a fun day at the beach! Only wish there was a grill available, there was not one at pool either. Other than that I can say we most definitely will be back to stay at this wonderful place!! 5 stars ⭐️ !!!!!!

It was a very nice place to stay at. The beach was just a crossed the street which was nice. The location of the place was always nice it was very close to restaurants and shopping areas

Property was clean had everything we needed as a family of 4. Was hot to us leaving the air conditioner on 72 we usually run the air at 69. Would suggest more fans to plug up.

Some observations that we felt you should be aware of. 1 Furniture in living room uncomfortable and stained. Food Crumbs under couch 2. Rug in living room very dirty 3. Floors throughout filthy. Could not walk around barefooted. 4. The porch rug was dirty 5. Toilet seat in master bedroom was on crooked,and didnt flush properly

We loved staying here. Super clean. Zero complaints. Nice pool. Very nice area, super close to the beach. Fun fishing off the dock, we caught several fish. Only a few minutes from Clearwater. Hope to be back soon!

The location and neighborhood were amazing. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Sunrise at the docks and sunsets at the beach.
