Sea of Dreams. Remodeled Lakefront 4 Bed, Heated Pool, Golf Cart and Bikes!

We loved our stay at Sea of Dreams. The beach is really close, and it was nice to be able to use a golf cart to haul our chairs. We used the hot tub every day. The view is amazing! The house was very clean! The beds were comfy. The kitchen could use a few items: more than two dish towels, dish cloths (there were none), oven mitts (only one) and pot holders (none). Overall score 10/10. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Sea of Dreams house this week was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the home felt bright, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you hope for in a beach rental. The layout was perfect for relaxing, and every room felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained.The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. We especially loved the outdoor spaces—great for morning coffee, evening chats, and enjoying the Florida breeze. The location couldn’t have been better, just a quick walk to the beach and close to all the best spots in Destin.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish. Sea of Dreams truly lived up to its name and gave us the getaway we were hoping for. We’d stay here again without hesitation!Highly recommend!

This property for my family was incredible, it had everything we needed and more. We differentially will stay here again!!! The communication with staff was the best, they were always willing to please!!! Great stay and awesome family vacation!

Had a wonderful week with children and grandchildren. The distance to the beach, restaurants and shops are just minutes by golf cart. Only two issues: the refrigerator ice maker didnt work. A repairman came midweek, still no ice. Also only 8 arm bands were provided to access club house amenities.I had assumed there would be enough for the number of house guests (11). Otherwise beautiful, rental and stay. Thank you Geoff and Modern Beach Rentals.

We came from KY with our teenage & young adult children and their friends for a beautiful week in Destin. The house was perfect for our group of 9, giving us plenty of room to spread out. We utilized all of the property amenities and loved having the golf cart and bikes to get back and forth to the beach. The office was very attentive to any questions or issues we had. If you are traveling with more than 6, be sure to let them know ahead of time so they can provide more property wristbands for your group. Having a pool right out our back door was perfect as well. There is a Publix super close which made getting groceries easy. We loved our stay here.

Fantastic Property

Large, open floor plan with plenty of room for multiple families. Big bedrooms, bathrooms and beds. Huge patio with a super warm pool/hot tub even during cool nights. 6 seater golf cart for access to everything the Scenic Highway 98 has to offer including a 2 minute ride to the beach and tons of restaurants. It's also on on a dead end street within the gated community so no traffic which is a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit the Destin area in the future.

It’s a beautiful home with great amenities (pool, hot tub, ping pong table, golf cart, etc). It was very comfortable and a great location. I would give it 5 stars except for a few minor items that didn’t function properly.

The house was as advertised. Golf cart was handy for getting to beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

After having some bad experiences in the past, it was nice to have everything as described. House was clean and organized. Pool and amenities were great. Location was amazing with quick access to everything. We used the golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go.
